Very disappointed with my experience with GEEKAY. I purchased iTunes gift card codes, and the codes I received had already been used. What made the situation worse was that customer service responses were extremely slow and completely unhelpful, and the issue took far longer to resolve than it should have. In the end, it was never resolved at all. I lost my money, they refused to refund me, and continued blaming me as if I had done something wrong.
For a company selling digital codes, customers should be able to trust that the products they receive are valid and unused. Unfortunately, this experience made me lose confidence in buying anything from them again.

I should have checked their Google Store and Trustpilot reviews before ordering online from them. I called the store before placing an online order for a PS5 Pro and they assured me it would be delivered the next day. I said clearly it was for a bday gift. Then nothing. It took me several attempts to finally get someone from their customer service to respond and as many others have experienced it before, the item was out of stock with no idea when it will be delivered. Then when they finally come clean and say they cannot deliver they offer me to buy something else instead and when I asked for a refund they went silent again. How is this even allowed?
As I am writing this the item is being advertised on their website and they are still taking orders for something they know is out of stock. Several people have complained about this,which means the management of the company knows about this common practice of accepting orders for items out of stock so they cannot claim it's a one time unfortunate incident or one employee's incompetence. It's how they do business: selling things they don't have.
You need to call Customer Service a dozen times before someone picks up and when you call their Corporate Office NOBODY ever picks up. What a circus.
I'll make sure every shop of theirs has this review to warn people but I'm not going to stop there. I encourage everyone else who's had similar experiences with them to do the same otherwise they'll keep taking advantage of customers and getting away with it.

I had such a bad experience trying to approach their customer support , I called the toll free number and others , contacted the local branch, email , WhatsApp , Instagram and x.com over 2 days now ! Before i bought something with their buy 1 take 1 after few days its ordered they said its out of stock then you cant make a refund they said, you need to change item even you dont need anything from them it really sucks.
but this dec 12 their price in their website on pre orders are low thought its sale i ordered now they cancelled my order and says its price error now they can give refund but super delayed and hard to deal with them very bad and no compensation.

Without my digital codes, without refund!
ORDERS: 000433051, 000433055, and 000433056.
It's a highly suspicious website, don't trust them. I bought some Binance Gift Cards. After the payment, they asked me to verify my identity. I did it successfully. 24 hours later, they sent a message saying my codes were generated. When I went to my "My Digital Downloads" my latest purchases disappeared. I only see the one I made in September.
Now, they say their payment processor couldn't confirm the payment and a refund is on their way. So far, they have stopped replying to my emails. I even tried calling to their phone, but they never answered. I'm going to talk to my bank to force a refund and make sure they are blocked from getting payments in my country.
Edit 1: They say I can write to their email but the truth is I have sent them three emails and still don't get a response. They just ignore you.

Tried buying but they cancelled my order citing unsecured payment method. email said refund would be done in 21 working days. 23 working days, no refund and no communication. would not recommend them at all.
They asked me to engage on email, yet there are 2 pending emails that they have not even replied to. what a joke!!!!
