I have order 1 T Shirt on 13.09.2026. So far no response from them.

It's been 2 months I am asking to shop my T Shirt I booked from there website and they are not even replying on Instagram or whatsapp.

They are scammers.

Totally fraud. I ordered 3 t-shirts with order id and not received it yet. I have tried contacting the customer service, they are also not replying. I have no other option now, I have given them an ultimatum of 2 days, if the amount will be not refunded, I am going to consumer court. Such frauds should be punished. I see many customers are frustrated like me, i think every customer should have reached to consumer court, it’s free and system will shutdown such a fraud company.

PS: For those who are not receiving their orders, go to the comsumerhelpline.gov.in and raise a grievance with all the details of the order. I did the same and I have received my order. If they will not listen then file the case and you can ask a big amount of money from them. And i think such bad e-commerce platforms should be closed who does not listen to their clients. They are simply causing harm to Indian market and leave bad impact on us by causing nothing but mental harassment.

UPDATE (11 October 2026): Following my legal ultimatum and this review, the Co-Founder of GeekOTees reached out. They fast-tracked my pending items and let me keep the incorrect T-shirt as a goodwill gesture. I have now received all 4 T-shirts. While I appreciate that management stepped in to fairly resolve the issue and compensate for the error, customers should not have to resort to threatening legal action just to get basic service.

Still no update.
I am student and spent my one full month of pocket money over it.
They are not at all replying the msg or picking up the call.
Totally fraud company.
Cyber Cell should catch these fraudsters and put them behind bars.

Most frustrating and disappointing experience.
They deserve no star at all. Strict action should be taken against them. They should be punished and charged heavy penalty. I had placed an order on 17th of August. They have just not dispatched the order and no response to communication. If no strict action be taken against them they would just continue to fool us and seek pleasure.
They are so fake that nobody can message all of this on their website or Instagram.
Karma and God will Punish these evil people.

My experience with Geekotees has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order and paid the full amount in advance, but after that, there has been no proper communication or response regarding my order.

I have tried contacting them multiple times, but I haven’t received a reply or any meaningful update. There also seems to be no clear way to get support, cancel the order, or request a refund.

It is very frustrating to pay in advance and then be left without any communication or resolution. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend being extremely cautious before ordering from Geekotees.

I am still waiting for either my order or a full refund.

I want to know clearly—will I receive my order or not?

It has been almost 45 days since I made the payment, and I still have neither received my order nor any proper update or tracking details.

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If you are unable to deliver orders within a reasonable time, then why are you accepting payments and taking orders through your website?

At this point, I am seriously beginning to question whether your website and services are genuine. Please give me a clear answer immediately—either dispatch my order with valid tracking details or issue my full refund without any further delay.

They are a fraud they still didn’t deliver my T-shirt and took payment it’s a scam. It’s more than 2 months now

These guys are frauds, they take the money after that they never uodate inspite of 100's of followup on whatsapp and email, they dont take calls.have ordered since 3 Aug still not update inspite of many follow up..

If there was a lower rating, I’d give them that.

I ordered a shirt from Geek o Tee almost a month ago, and I still haven’t received it. What’s even more disappointing is that there has been absolutely no update regarding the order.
This is honestly unacceptable. How can you take an order, keep the payment, and then simply go silent without any communication or update? If there is a delay, customers should at least be informed about it.
Please look into this immediately and provide a clear update on my order. This level of service is really disappointing.

This company needs to be redflaged with RBI and Cyber Crime

Its been 2 months i order 3 tshirts for my international yoga day . Till today i have not received it. Its 4th august . There is no answer . They stole my money . Pls dont buy anything from them. I am so disappointed and still they are putting videos on insta for promotion.

I placed my order in June, and as of today, I still haven't received it. The delivery has been delayed for months with no clear resolution.

I did contact customer support and received a reply, but the response did not solve the issue or provide a realistic delivery timeline. It's frustrating to keep waiting after paying for an order, especially when there is little meaningful progress or communication.

Customers expect orders to be delivered within a reasonable timeframe or to receive transparent updates when delays occur. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience with GeekOTee.

Worst experience when it came to delivery and communication. It took them almost a month to deliver a single T shirt, and they didn't inform any reasons for the delay. I would suggest to not buy from their website.

Very bad..they send your order after 2-3 month

I ordered on 1 june 2026. 2 yoga tshirts prepaid. Delhi address pincode 110078
Not delivered over 1 month...no proper reply ..their Ad was misleading...no refund process!! Order no #30083

I ordered two T shirts and I wanted to replace them for a larger size.
1) First it took them 3 days to reply.
2) Then there is this Rs 150 charge to replace (which is like a fine print or terms / condition). You won't ever be able to see itt during order as they say "We have an easy exchange policy. Exchange is available within 5 days of delivery for size-related issues. Contact and chat with us directly on WhatsApp to initiate the exchange process".

Once you order now you will see a page that will say that you have to pay Rs 150 to return.

Also quality is not that good too.

More than 14 days and my t shirts have not been shipped despite prepayment. Want refund.
