Great price and delivery time on a board game I ordered. Would definitely use again

Placed a preorder for the latest Vanguard set with them with the order over 400 pounds, Over a week after release with no contact from this company I find out from a fellow customer that they had emailed the company to be told they had not recieved the correct stock allowance and that we had to wait weeks for a possible restock. Yet another person at our locals was allowed to purchase over 30 boxes from the store and have their order fulfilled. No communication from staff leaving our Money in limbo and forcing us to chase them up just to be told they wouldn’t have the stock.

Ordered a jacket, which turned out to be small - sent back to get a bigger size and was exchanged without any issues!

The POP figures that I wanted were out of stock everywhere. I registered for an email when ba k in stock with Geeky Zone. Received the email, easy to order, quick delivery using Royal Mail. No issues, all good.

So it's the very first time I've ever bought anything online from geekyzone.
Previously I've used predominantly 2 reliable uk wargames suppliers but I noticed what seemed to be a bargain star wars legion Chewbacca and thought I'd try GeekyZone.
Unfortunately 3 weeks went by nothing no item no communication until I opened a ticket with customer service and tbf they then offered an apology and explanation. ( Supplier issues) . But I was assured it would be sent out as soon as possible once these issues had been solved. One week later still same issues followed by message saying it would be another week ...which of course went by without any coms or model etc.
I'm really disappointed and hoped to find a better service from geekyzone but it looks like I'm going to have to stick with my old faithful online wargames stores ...serves me right !!!

Fast Delivery, good packaging, hassle free ordering.

Ordered Bandai Gundam model. It was very well packed (important as boxes they come in arr crap) and very quick delivery.
I will be using these guys again.
Oh, and the prices are good too

Used them for the first time because they had some model accessories I was looking for when most other UK shops are sold out or charging an arm and a leg

Excellent selection of stock, easy to navigate website and purchasing experience, and prompt delivery.

I got 3 Pops! Got them for a really good price compared to other companies which I was happy with but the quality of 2 of the Pops! Was not at the level of a collector, bent corners and creases on the box this could have been avoided if the box they used was smaller and the pops were put nicely when packaged instead of being just thrown in a box with newspaper scraps as padding the Pops! Themselves are in good condition so 4/5 seems fair.

I ordered twice from GeekyZone and both times I was very satisfied with my order. Very quick delivery and good quality packaging for deliveries.

Have used the store a few times and first couple were good experiences, but recently I have placed an order to then be told they cannot find the items I requested.
Once the rest of my items were sent out on 24 hour shipping it took over a week for them to reach my local delivery office.
Might use them again in hopes this was a one off.

I'd not heard of GeekyZone but stumbled across them by chance because they had good prices. I order a couple of items with quite far off availability dates, and they went to the extra effort of emailing me to confirm I was aware of the dates. Items have now arrived well packaged. Will happily use again.
