My friend purchased two bird feeders for my birthday. She payed for expedited shipping at the same time. It took two weeks to receive the order and when it arrived it was different than what the picture indicated it would look like. She was very disappointed because what I received was not what she thought she ordered. The picture online was very deceiving and obviously intended to appear better quality than what the item actually was.

They did not send the birdbath I ordered and paid for. They sent a much cheaper one. I would have never even ordered this one at all. It's tacky in comparison to what I ordered my friend for her birthday. NEVER again wouldI purchase anything from them. Buyer BEWARE!! I ordered a beautiful bird bath. The company sent me tracking. The tracking stalled 9 days ago. I contacted the company today. All responses I am receiving are AI generated. The tracking shows my item is stuck in Chicago. In an email, they asked for my patience. I went on Trust Pilot. This is not a reputable company. They are likely a company that I ordered shoes from when they were likely operating under another name. The only reason I believe this is true, I see another review on Trustpilot where a women explained an exact experience with this retailer who stole once and came back to do business with her under another name. They stole from me twice. Please help stop this company from stealing from others.

Do NOT order from this outfit. You will have nothing but problems, beginning with a $29.99 monthly charge for a “membership” which I did not order.
Then, when trying to cancel, you will get a nice answer on how to cancel, which sends you into a repetitive exercise of cancelling that does not work.
Note: my credit card company immediately sent me a fraud alert after my charge for bird feeders.
DO NOT use this fake Chinese website for anything!

I saw and ad about birdfeeders and it look like the company was in USA. it was beautiful with a lot of customers reviews and the builder that was in business for 40 years was about to retired. it got my interest when there is a lot of customer reviews, but it was all fake. I bought one and they get me interested in another one with a discount, 2 for 69.00 then they started offering other items and also a membership. I refused all of it because my interest was the birdfeeder. I check my email immediately because I wanted to know when I was going to receive my birdfeeder before the good weather is over in PA. To my surprise I received an email letting me know they were going to get 29.99 from my account and 29.99 every month until I cancel the membership. I never sign for this membership of "do not know what". I contacted them immediately and right away I have an answer that to me was from Artificial Intelligence. and I was back and forth with this AI, and I was told a senior member was going to contact me. But what a waste of time. I Fricke out because it happens to me before with another company and it was all familiar. This company is not in USA. They are not building bird feeders for 40 years. The name is Gekkogifts and I have the feeling they are in China like the company that I bought shoes, and it was exactly the same business communication, writing and even the billed to my account membership for 29.99. To make this story short I have asked three time to them to cancel my order, and they said that they sent the order already. They said that because they do not want to cancel the order. They said Free shipping but then they said for faster shipping to pay 9.99 and I did. But now they said that once I received the order to talk to him and him, the Artificial intelligence guy, and he will help me. What they would do is may me pay for shipping or they will give me back a percentage. I learn my lesson. Please, please, avoid responding to those adds that seems to be too good to be true. This is a fake company. I will be getting into my account and put a claim on it. I did research the company, and they are in business only for 6 months.

I was charged $29.95 for a VIP membership that I DID NOT AGREE OR SIGN UP FOR. I informed this business to cancel this VIP membership immediately and have not yet received a response to my request. Their website to cancel or communicate with Gekkogifts is misleading and deceptive. It was difficult to even try to cancel it through their website as they give you the runaround. Just BEWARE when you see this type of vendor/business. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would definitely do it. Never use this business/vendor ever again. Again, BEWARE!!

Gekkogifts has surreptitiously charged my credit card twice long after the only order I placed was paid for AND delivered!. Both charges were declined thanks to my card’s diligence! However, it caused me tremendous inconveniences because the card was used to pay for subscription services and used to attain certain discounts. These attempts are clearly part of a fraudulent business practice! Do NOT trust this outfit. I forewarned them that I would be writing this review if the matter was not settled to my satisfaction by noon July 10, 2026. This matter has not been settled nor, to the best of my know addressed by the company! Steer clear of this company!

I ordered a titanium 12” x 3” frypan. Was offered a discount and was told it would be shipped from their warehouse in Illinois. Received product a month later as it was shipped from China. Also product was not as advertised (8” x 2”). Clearly a bait and switch operation. Beware!
