During your 46 days trading our NikolAI (Forex EUR/USD) algorithm you achieved a closed profit of +$1,142.13, a total return of +2.3%, and a monthly return of +1.4% - with zero losses.

This period coincided with significant geopolitical volatility. NikolAI operated as designed — in capital preservation mode, prioritizing risk control over aggressive returns. That's not a flaw. That's the system working.

For context, NikolAI was our lowest performing algorithm in Q1 2026. Full Q1 performance across all strategies:
• Apollo (Gold Futures): +14.74%
• Orion (US Stocks & Equities): +13.65%
• NikolAI (Forex EUR/USD): +3.20%

Different strategies perform differently across market conditions. NikolAI's long-term monthly average over 2.5 years is approximately 3.5%. A 46-day window on a single algorithm during peak volatility is not a sufficient evaluation period for the platform as a whole.

Regarding Interactive Brokers — intermittent API connectivity issues originated on their side and were outside GemAlgo's control. No client losses resulted. We disclosed this proactively in our quarterly report and have since redirected new connections to E*TRADE and other highly rated US brokers.

Regarding your refund request — the refund policy was explained during onboarding and acknowledged at checkout. Prior to any review being completed, a chargeback was filed directly with your bank, reversing funds from our account. This action is a violation of our terms of service and voids refund eligibility.

For the benefit of anyone reading this review, GemAlgo is designed for a specific type of client:

You may be a good fit if you:
• Have $25,000+ available to allocate
• Understand systematic investing principles
• Value process, transparency, and verified data
• Prefer defined risk over speculative upside
• Want full custody of your own capital
• Have a 12+ month investment horizon

This may not be suitable if you:
• Are looking for guaranteed returns

Rule #1 is not losing money - and that principle is core to how Gemalgo operates.

We see that you initially funded your TastyFX account with $500. The NikolAI strategy is designed to perform optimally with a minimum balance of $10,000. I also see that you’ve since increased your account to meet that minimum—so you should be in a much better position moving forward.

NikolAI is not a high-frequency or “always trading” algorithm. Its primary objective is capital preservation first, then consistent growth over time. As many top investors emphasize, rule #1 is not losing money—and that principle is core to how NikolAI operates.

Over the past couple of weeks, due to increased global market uncertainty, including geopolitical tensions, the NikolAI strategy has taken a very conservative approach. That’s why you’ve seen fewer trades. While this can feel slow, it’s also what has helped avoid drawdowns that many traders are currently experiencing.

Historically, NikolAI has averaged approximately 3.5% per month over the past 2.5 years, but it will only take trades when conditions meet its criteria—it does not trade just for activity.

If you’re looking for more trade activity, you may want to take a look at Gemalgo’s Orion stocks and equities algorithm, which averages around 52 trades per month.

This is why you may see stretches of 1–2 weeks with little to no trading. While that can feel slow, it’s also what helps avoid drawdowns that many active traders experience when markets are less favorable.

Over longer time horizons, NikolAI has averaged approximately 3.5% per month over the past 2.5 years. That said, not every month will generate the same returns—performance varies with market conditions. For example, the strongest month was +23.3% in November 2024, while the most challenging month was -2.24% in March 2025.

Not a Get-Rich-Quick Scheme

Gemalgo is a systematic trading platform designed for consistent, long-term performance. It is not a “get rich quick” program. Some months will generate smaller results, such as 1%, while other months have delivered returns as high as 20% or as low as -1.7%. Performance varies depending on market conditions, and results are designed to be sustainable over time rather than based on unrealistic short-term gains.

Returns & Expectations

Gemalgo does not guarantee fixed monthly returns. Any suggestion that we promise “5% every month” is inconsistent with our policies and with the realities of financial markets. All performance discussions are based on historical data, averages, and risk management, never guarantees.

Performance Transparency – NikolAI Strategy

For full transparency:

2024 return: 54.5%

2025 year-to-date: 33.4%

Total over the last 23 months: 87.9%

Simple average monthly return: approximately 3.82% (not compounded)

Market Conditions & Risk Management

November and December 2025 brought elevated volatility across multiple asset classes, including digital assets like Bitcoin, equities, and commodities, with significant retracements in 2025 gains. During this period, NikolAI shifted into capital preservation mode to reduce exposure and limit drawdowns. Even in defensive positioning, the strategy produced approximately +1% in November and +1% in December.

For context, while the S&P 500 is up approximately 18% in 2025, NikolAI is up 33.4% year-to-date, demonstrating outperformance relative to that benchmark - though past performance does not guarantee future results.

Refund Policy

At the time of the alleged review on December 28, 2025, Gemalgo maintained a 60-day refund policy. In early January 2026, to encourage clients to focus on long-term growth rather than short-term results, we extended our policy to a 365-day satisfaction guarantee.

Please see our Terms of Use and Refund Policy online for full details. Under the current policy, the Company provides a twelve (12) month satisfaction guarantee on the initial license fee. If, after twelve (12) consecutive months of compliant usage, the Client is not satisfied with the Software, the Client may request a refund of the initial license fee, minus any net profits earned during the twelve (12) month period, subject to the conditions outlined in this Section.
