The items they pictured are nothing like what they send. They claimed the blazer was a corduroy blazer. It was cheap thin nylon. What they claimed was a "sweat shirt" was again cheap nylon and a fuzzy collar. They give you instructions on how to request a return but there is no selection they tell to to click on to start the return process.

Christmas jumper was nothing like the actual picture. Picture showed a beautiful jumper made out furry material. What turned up was a cheap printed hoodie. Should not be allowed fo sell this at all and site should be blocked. Zero possibility of returning it as well as follow up emails ignored and no paperwork with delivery. Avoid at all costs. Do not.purchase anything from this website.

I bought two pullover looking very nice on advertising, but what I received is totally different, and even not usable. I complained and they asked to send back the goods in China. They perfectly know that the shipment cost are so high that it does not make any sense. It is just a scam.

This company uses A.I. ads to sell Chinese products that look nothing at all like what is in the ads. I bought a jacket ($67) that looked great in the ad. What I received looks like a Halloween costume not worth more than $12.00

DO NOT buy from this company - complete scam.
Like a lot of the reviews here, you will
not get the item(s) that you have bought and paid for. I received a totally different item that a scarecrow would not wear !
If you are currently in the position of arguing with them, keep all correspondence and then contact your payment provider to request a chargeback for disputed transaction.
Complete parasites and scam artists.

I ordered a beautiful lace embroidered dress and they sent me a rag that doesn't even resemble to the dress I ordered.
I wrote a complaint email.
Got very complicated instructions to send it back at MY own cost.
NEVER AGAIN.

I was sent address that looked nothing, and I mean nothing like what I ordered. After a few days back-and-forth of communication, they will give me 15% credit or I can ship it back to China where I have to pay for shipping.

Ordered a dress with lace details but received something completely different. No response to my emails. Total scam!

When i saw the Men's Vintage Floral Lace Embroidered Hooded Linen Shirt i really thought; what a great looking embroidery!

But, when i received it (a few weeks after my purhase) i discovered that there is no embroidery at all, in fact, the shirt doesn’t look like the picture at all.. The fabric looks very much like a piece of cloth.

I will not wear this piece of garbage bag.

They simply fool you with fake photo’s to get your money.

Don’t buy here!

On Genedns web site, I saw this very nice satin long sleeved rainbow striped shirt with great deatails. I decided to order that shirt. The shirt arrived 12 days later and much to my surprise, the shirt I received was nothing like the shirt that was advertised on Genedns web site. It was a very cheap copy with dull colors and no detailed stitching and was made of a completely different cheap fabric with no shine.
I contacted the company telling them that I wanted a refund. They said that I would have to send the shirt back to China, ( the shirt was mailed to me from city in Florida, not China ), and they had to receive the shirt within 30 from when it was sent out. They also said that I should not use DHL, UPS, or FedEx to mail it back and that I would need to get a return address from them which they never gave me. This whole problem was caused by them, not by me, and they only offered me a 25% refund which amounted to $8.75 on a $34.99 shirt and I would have to pay the shipping cost to send it back. So, by now, it was too late to try and send the shirt back so that it would arrive back in China within the 30 day limit, and therefore, no way to get a full refund.
My suggestion to anyone wanting to buy something from Genedns, be very aware of their practice of offering a nice looking item and then sending a really cheap copy. WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!

The received goods (two dresses) don't look like the pictures on the website AT ALL.
Furthermore, fabric and quality is extremely poor.
Probably the pictures are stolen from another webshop and the goods are created by a bot.

And they created a returning procedure that is like hell, so returning the goods takes an enormous effort.

DON'T BUY A THING HERE, IF YOU APPRECIATE YOUR MONEY

Una estafa de arriba a abajo. El producto que se recibe no se parece en NADA a lo que ofertan, rpometen que el material de lino y en realidad es un tipo de poliester impreso con unos acabados horribles.
En definitiva,: una estafa en tota regla.
Olvidaros de que respondan a la queja y a la devolucion . LLevo casi tres meses esperando respuesta.

Horrible. The nice photos of the shirts on the Pinterest ads looked like they were embroidered on linen - which is how they were described in the title. I now see the small print said they were 'printed'. They were not embroidered but badly photo-printed on nasty artificial material. Also the cut and the shape is awful. Really terrible product and quite expensive.

The buttons are a different colour, the stitching is feeble and with loose threads, the pattern print is blurred and out of focus and the colours are paler and not like in the photo. There is no label with washing instructions or content.

These are made to deceive. Do not buy. I have put them straight into the box for the charity shop.

The dresses I received looked nothing like the photos online. The website shows flowy, layered, well-styled dresses, but what arrived were low-quality sundresses made of thin material. The styling and fit were completely different.

I reached out about returning them and was told I’d have to ship them back to China at a cost that was nearly half to the full cost of what I paid—despite the items being misrepresented. Communication was also slow.

I’ve had better experiences ordering lower-priced items from other retailers. I would not recommend this site based on my experience with product quality, accuracy, and customer service.

I had such high hopes that Genedns was going to actually deliver on what they advertised. NOT!!!
The 2 dresses I received were not remotely like what I ordered. The cotton/linen fabric was instead a shiny, stiff almost brittle polyester-type material. The actual design and construction of the dresses were simplified versions of that depicted. I am not comfortable even donating these to Goodwill.
