Der Generali refuses payout life insurance
I did monthly payments by wire transfer from an account registered in my husbands name, for 25 years. A couple of months ago the payout was due which Der Generali confirmed. But Der Generali refuses to transfer the money into the same account as where they withdrew the monthly payments from because it is registered in my husbands name, eventough I filled in and signed all documentary accordingly and send in our ID scans, they still refuse to pay out

Customer service is AI, not human. Filed claim seven months ago. Filed address change three months ago. Filed additional info to move claim forward. AI responds to emails and phone calls. AI responded one month ago that claim would be reopened. Today, AI says claim has been closed. NO reimbursement for health expenses incurred by covid May 2023. Scam and fraud, or incompetence, or all three?

Sent photos of damages in HEIF format (viewable with any modern app/device/OS and convertible online) and asked if my (expensive) policy covered them. They replied they couldn't open them and sent 94 pages of T&C without answering the question. I opened a claim, answered all questions, and attached photos of the damages and invoices in JPG format. They denied it due to "lack of discription" (sic) without explaining what information was missing or letting me provide it. I opened another claim with description. They assumed the damages were caused by a third-party and refused to reimburse the 62 EUR of estimated damages (I pay 607.88 EUR/year for full insurance). Only time they reimbursed something (still less than the insurance premium) was when my partner got robbed and we provided a police report.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Takes them days to answer an email. Since their website isn't up to date and doesn't allow foreign account numbers I was told I can do anything via email and it will be done quickly. Well, that was a lie - I have to call them every time, or zoom call them. I am now waiting over a week for my money to be transferred back to me and the account closed. Just atrocious. Stay away!

Καλησπέρα σας, πελάτης της AXA(Generali) στις 16/06/2021 προκάλεσε ολική καταστροφή στο αυτοκίνητο μου.Ανοίχτε φάκελος ζημιάς με αριθμό 200293132 διακανονιστής της ασφαλιστικής σας απέρριπτε επί μια εβδομάδα το αίματα της ασφαλιστικής μου με αιτία "'Ελλειψη Δήλωσης"(φαίνεται στο screenshot). Αφού επί μια εβδομάδα τον παρακάλούσα κυριολεκτικά να δει το θέμα μου ανέφερε "α τελικά υπάρχει δήλωση πάτησα αποδοχή, από εδώ και πέρα μιλάς με την ασφαλιστική σου ".Κάτι που δείχνει πώς δεν είχε ασχοληθεί ούτε στο ελάχιστο με την υπόθεση καθώς το αίτημα πήγε στην ασφαλιστική του διότι η ζημιά έχει υπερβεί τα 6.500 ευρώ το όριο φιλικού διακανονισμού.Όταν του το ανέφερα για 100στι φορά μου είπε επί λέξη "δεν το γνώριζα δεν μου το είπε κανείς θα αποζημιώσω τότε"(να σημειώσω ότι η διακανονίστρια μου από την allianz μου κοινοποιήσε τα emails που του εξηγούσε με σαφήνεια την υπόθεση, προφανώς και δεν είχε διαβάσει καν)
