This company is a total scam! Ordered a Durostar generator and status sat in “processing “ forever. Then went to “cancelled “. When asked why, was told “problem with PayPal and shipping “
Submitted a claim with PayPal and got refunded thankfully. STAY CLEAR OF GENERATOR WAREHOUSE!!!!

They are as MANY others have said. SCAMMERS! If it seems to be too good to be true it is.

They advertise low prices, get your credit card info, charge it and then immediately start lying. I paid for expedited shipping 10-15 days. Upon ordering I waited for three days to get a shipping confirm. Never got. When I sent a request through the website they said it shipped that day and I should expect in 25-28 days! WAIT- What???? I paid $800 for 10-15 days. 21-25 was “FREE”. When I wrote back to tell them to cancel I’ve been ghosted. I’ve filed dispute with PayPal (not that I expect them to be of any help as my previous experiences with them have been nothing but a total waste of time!). And I have filed with CC.

Don’t waste your time here. They are worthless to deal with.

STAY AWAY!

Item never received, seems like this company gets to use your money for a month and then say to file a dispute with PayPal. Don't waste your time, buy in the USA not a foreign country.

I dealt with the Sydney tossers. Absolute rubbish to deal with. They lie from the first minute until they receive your money... zero responsibility for their incompetence given. After 4 days of no generator delivered because it was still at the suppliers... not picked.... i actually drove from Sydney to Queensland to get it myself from genelite and got it 500 dollars cheaper..

I have the emails to prove everything I'm saying!!!.

This company is the worst I have ever encountered. They will not answer emails or messages & phone numbers do not work. I am waiting on a generator that I ordered 2 months ago. All I can figure out is that this company is a scam. This company is located in Malaysia. And it is impossible to contact them for service. Do not buy from this company!!

Had no response to my emails at all. The PayPal payment went to some jerandolta @ gmail.com address. Generator was awaiting fulfilment for over a month. PayPal reversed the charges within 2 days and to me that means this has happened before and this place is listed as a Scam website. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a Westinghouse iGen4500 from Generator Warehouse. Total scam. Payment went thru to a completely gibberish PayPal account. Never had any response to messages. Should have known better. Thankfully credit card reversed the charges. Wish there was -ve stars

I ordered a generator on their website and received a confirmation email and an order number. The next day I get another email saying "The status of order #901188 is now Refunded" with no explanation or reason why. Just says it's been refunded. I replied to the email embedded link, and also used their website contact link to ask for more detail. I still haven't heard anything back. Seems a lot like bait and switch or scam.

I never got a reply to any emails. I never saw the generator ship. Luckily I saw this and was able to stop payment. SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM, pure and simple. I ordered the EcoFlow RIVER Pro 720Wh Portable Power Station on their website, three days later the site was offline. The price was much lower than on other sites, but I thought they might have been overstocked and needed to sell them so I bought the power station from them. I wrote an email to the "manager" (aka scam artist), and he (Yosafat Armadanova) said the website was back online (it wasn't, but came back online about a week later) and gave me an approximate delivery date but no tracking number. I waited about a month after the expected delivery date and wrote back; got no response whatsoever. I then filed a complaint with Paypal, and they ruled in my favour in LESS THAN 48 HOURS (so I assume I'm not the first to file a complaint) and gave me my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

I ordered a small generator for home use from a site in Malaysia going by the name Generator-Warehouse.com. My payment was processed and the order accepted.

In January 2020 I requested an update on the status of my order and was told the generator had been shipped. I was given a link to the shippers website, (Victory-cargo.com) and an account number. That link listed several arrival and departure locations and the date and that I should expect to receive my purchase was 6 February 2022. When it didn't arrive, I sent an email to the seller. They again referred me to the shipper's website. I found they had changed the delivery to the 8th. Still nothing arrived. I emailed the shipper, but never got a reply.

After a few days, I went to Generator-Warehouse and left a message (for GINOLA BECKER, Costomer Service [their spelling not mine]) (adminATgenerator-warehouse.KOM) asking what the problem was. I received no answer. The next day I left another message. Again, no answer.

The next day I discovered the website  was gone. Disappeared, "Error 404, Not found"! Then I checked the shipping website, same thing, gone, "Error 404, Not found". The seller and shipper both vanished - as did my money.

Since both websites disappeared the same day, I suspect they are actually the same people.

Much to my surprise, about a week or two later both websites returned. I found my order, and the shipping information still intact. I repeatedly sent messages and emails. I put in a return product' request. No one ever answered.

I think they decided $327.17 wasn't a big enough haul and put the scam back online to try again.

I am on a fixed income and live in a camping trailer. I get electricity from old used solar panels, batteries, and a decrepit generator that won't last much longer. I needed that generator. $330 won't cripple me, but it may take another year to save up enough to try again.

While I would like get my money back, I don't have much hope. (I'd rather have my generator.) Perhaps you can help, maybe not. What is more important is that they are at it again and they offer MUCH more expensive generators, up to $30,000. Somebody is going to get hurt FAR worse than me. I want to see these two sites shut down and the owners punished. (Restitution and little jail time would be nice.)

Ordered from this site over a month and a half ago and I never received info about my order. Now if I go to mama account on their website, it gives me a message that my account has been suspended.
I would not recommend that anyone try ordering from this company.

I couldn't find many reviews for this website and the prices seemed too good to be true. The other review here says no one answers the phone. I Google searched the physical address and the specific offices were not found. I looked at the street views and this is not a warehouse. I suspect this to be a scam site.

Trying to get hold of your company on the phone is impossible. The phone goes straight through to voicemail everytime, and then you dont return any calls anyway.
