My website was temporarily down due to a spam issue, so I reached out to Genhost's customer support. Their team responded promptly and was incredibly helpful, resolving the issue within seconds. My site was back online in no time!

Worst service ever, they don't migrate website, as per their response old server disabled FTP service so the issue happened, while I connected with old server support team they migration from new to old server with any issues.
Whatever I upload 62 CP accounts to cp they migrated,, but last 2 cp's i upload which was 21GB and 9 GB size, but they excuse that the files correpteed. I re-upload the same again after re backup and share to them via gdrive also upload to cp. But they don't even response on ticket, i raised ticket it automatically closed. While I created ticket they merged the tickets but not Even response after sales.
Don't expect After sales support they don't Even response once you give payment. They suspect cP for some minor issues.
They don't even response if they know you and your problem raise, but they immediately response to another number for customer accusations 😆..

I repeat worst service ever. Don't purchase.

There are good, in services and good customers care and support. Im happy that I'm about to upgrade my plan to higher plan. If I have to recommend a web hosting solution. I will recommend genhost.

I was in the hosting business for a few years and gained experience with many providers. Genhost is a great provider with awesome support and unbeatable prices compared to others. They really help small business people resell hosting with their awesome packages

I must admit that I was their customer four/five years before and I was extremely unsatisfied in all fields.

Now I was testing the Genhost company for the last year I just paid the second year for the reseller account and I am super satisfied with the progress on all fields of services as servers are stable, and support is great.
I will now set up my site here and host a few client sites here until next year if this goes OK I will move next year more client sites to Genhost.

Guys don't get fooled, this is the worst hosting service that will disappoint you one way or the other, their support is very slow, they reply when they feel like.
I was trying to migrate my Cpanels to them and they suggested i download and upload them on my own, Honestly who does that, Its been 4 days now after i managed to use FTP migrating the Cpanels but they just cant do a cp command to restore them.
I would not advise anyone to use Genhost, its cheap for a reason, they are the worst

Almost 1 month experience with their new mumbai server really super fast at very best price
they are really using the Enterprise level NVMe disk as i had asked for the screenshot from server level to verify the same. some providers are doing false advertisement like its nvme and they are using HDD but genhost is 100% genuine with their services and quality of service and support are really promising

i recommend genhost for everyone and im one of the happiest customer in their company
