Brilliant caring company


When my mum was fast-tracked to palliative care after a fall Genius Care came to help us to look after her. We had two carers who came four times a day. The care they gave my mum was exemplary, every carer was kind, compassionate and supportive of all mum’s needs, making her laugh when she was down and even singing to her. They all cared for her as if she were their own mum and we will always be grateful for their kindness and love in mum’s final months. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We asked Genius Care to support my mam…

We asked Genius Care to support my mam Eileen
after she had been unwell. Comfort quickly assessed her needs and put a care plan in place. The young ladies that looked after her were very cheerful and helpful. They also went above and beyond sometimes staying back if something went wrong and even going back in her own time to check on her when she was not herself. Very caring people. We can't praise them enough.

I have had the service of genius care…

I have had the service of genius care for over 6monthsnow and the service is 100% and the 3carers are excellent at there job nothings to much trouble for them to do

The carers supported my Mum for nearly two years, always with a kind word, a lovely song and great compassion, for the whole family. The management were responsive and very flexible in their approach to ensuring the needs of the individual was the priority. Standards were high and carers were always reliably on time. We will always be very grateful.

The carers are reliable

The carers are reliable, kind caring courteous and respectful..They have cared for my wife for more than than 12 months and we have been quite satisfied with the services provided.

Wonderful, kind & caring staff

I can hardly put into words just how fantastic our Carers have been. I've had to navigate some serious difficulties and rapid changes in my Parent's ability to cope at home. Genius have stepped in each time, sorted problems, reassessed needs, installed staff, taken on the extra needs...... honestly could not have got here without them. Wonderful, kind and caring women, always going the extra mile, with a smile and cajoling Mum especially into doing more and catching a few moments of joy. Could not give a higher recommendation.
