We have had Geoforce GPS units for years. Customer service has always been good. A couple of the units are sensitive, but overall units have been reliable. We were even able to locate a stolen truck with the GPS.

If you could send us the invoice on time.
It is 9/11 and still no invoice.

Answered my question without going through several people or areas.

Take long time to get answer or call for what should be basic answer for a company

To be brutally honest, we have had some issues with the devices themselves. They can sometimes be a little finicky and quit reporting or be too sensitive in some of the parameters. However, Caitlin Murray has always been my go-to lady at Geoforce and she's great. They should change her name to Johnny because she is ALWAYS Johnny On-The-Spot when i have issues. Geoforce gets at least an extra 1 1/2 to 2 stars just due to her customer service.

I think my dealings with them have gone really well. David has responded to my requests and the trackers turned up in a timely manner.

Getting a response from the Geoforce team is not easy. It took weeks to speak to a human and I still did not get an answer to my question. I'm not fond of their automatic subscription renewal process either.

Commitment to return phone calls by a certain day with no call back and no resolution.
Original set up was incorrect. Specifically asked for GPS tracking in remote areas, but that was not provided.
Set up started on GPS system based on our needs, contract signed months ago, no call back on when updated system will be set up.
Billing started after contract signed with a substantial increase but no new devices sent.
Several months of incorrect billing with emails to request review, commitment made to follow up but no call backs.
Very poor communication.

Very bad customer experience order device one week ago received but got wrong harnesses again ordered harnesses it has been one week haven’t received correct harnesses my truck is parked in yard for 2 week thinking g about cancelling contact but stuck due to contract

Quick response. The hardware is absolutely incredible.

Company rep was helpful. She followed up with progress.
