I've been coming here for years. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable, the deliveries team always go the extra mile and the coffee shop is great.
If I ever need anything for the home this is my first port of call

I know this was 6 years ago but I need to tell you about my experience.We purchased a leather corner unit from the Cardiff store before it closed down. Not long after purchase the sofa began to collapse. It took a while to arrange pick up. They take the sofa for repair to an independent repairer. He was rude to me on the phone and when the sofa returned to me, it was so hard we couldn't sit on it. My husband checked the sofa, it was repaired with rags which tied up parts of the sofa. We have photos. My husband took out most of the padding that was placed in the sofa. Not long after the leather began to split. Never again will I purchase anything from that store.

Everyone was so welcoming at the store, the receptionist who greets you is always available for any assistance you require. So many products on display, unbelievable we have this store in Newport . Thank you everyone at George Street Furnishers

Went today to GSF to spend thousands and could not see a sales person on site to help with us and give any kind of customer service. After a while I walked right back out t oso end my money in the places that were helpful and present with their customers. I left a review on Google and the owner responded to advise they do their best to help customers, however I’m unsure how this would be possible if they are no where to be found! So that statement is untrue.
