Would NEVER order again - Add 2 weeks to any shipping timelines
The site is VERY misleading when it comes to how long it actually takes to get your items. They don’t make them until they get your order, when they finally accept the order it then takes 3-5 business days for them just to make it. After that, it takes another few days for it to get shipped; according to the tracking info I received, mine sat at the Gerbera facility for a few days after the label was created before it actually shipped. I even contacted them and asked if I could pay more for a rush job. I ordered 5 golf shirts 2 weeks prior to a tournament, paid for expedited shipping and finally received them 2 weeks AFTER the date that I needed them.
I emailed asking for return instructions and got crickets. I would never order from Gerbera prints again and would never recommend them to anyone. If you do decide to use them, order a month before you want/need it by. I would give zero stars if I could. I just want my money back and to return the shirts and they won’t respond.
