Αγορασα smartwatch και δεν μου είχαν δώσει απόδειξη..
Ενάμιση χρόνο μετά που θέλω να το πάω για έναν έλεγχο γιατί κολλάνε οι μετρητές του,δε μου στέλνουν απόδειξη.ο ένας τα ρίχνει στον άλλον.θα σας τη στείλουμε λένε και πάει από αύριο σε αύριο μέχρι να βγω από την εγγύηση. Απαράδεκτοι.

The item ( I ordered for my company) never came, and after 40 days I still haven t got my money back.

We ordered a tv and it came broken. The order arrived 29thOctoher2025 and till today (17th April 2026) after too many e mails and phone calls, they still say they're sorry but never came to pick up the broken tv or, of course, done anything to replace it or give back the money

I have never written any negative reviews so far, but my experience with the Germanos e-shop has been extremely concerning and feels like a huge scam. I feel obliged to tell my story so future clients are careful.
I purchased a television for €1,099, which was defective from the beginning. Despite reporting the issue immediately, several days have passed without any resolution. During this time, I have received repeated assurances from customer support that were not fulfilled, leaving me without a functioning product and without clear information on when or how this situation will be resolved.
What is particularly alarming is the way this case has been handled. Communication has been unprofessional and, at times, dismissive. I was frequently interrupted and not allowed to fully explain the issue. At one point, a representative explicitly stated that the malfunctioning product was “not their responsibility” but that of a partner. From a customer perspective, this raises serious concerns about accountability and internal processes.
There has been no transparency regarding timelines, no proactive updates, and no clear ownership of the problem. As of now, I have paid the full amount and still do not have a working television or a confirmed resolution plan.
From a customer’s perspective, paying a significant amount of money and being left without a functioning product, clear communication, or accountability creates a highly concerning overall impression of how customer issues are handled.
I strongly urge others to carefully consider this experience before making a purchase and to ensure that clear after-sales support is guaranteed.

Στις 2 Ιανουαρίου παρέλαβα τη μηχανή espresso DeLonghi Magnifica Plus η οποία αποδείχθηκε ελαττωματική από την πρώτη χρήση. Συγκεκριμένα, κατά τη διαδικασία παραγωγής espresso, το νερό έβγαινε από το κάτω μέρος της καφετιέρας, γεγονός που καθιστά τη συσκευή μη λειτουργική (επισυνάπτονται φωτογραφίες και βίντεο).

Την ίδια ημέρα επικοινώνησα με το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών της εταιρείας Γερμανός, από όπου με ενημέρωσαν ότι η συσκευή θα πρέπει να παραδοθεί σε κατάστημα της περιοχής μου, ώστε να αποσταλεί για έλεγχο στον κατασκευαστή και να ακολουθηθεί η διαδικασία αντικατάστασης ή επιστροφής χρημάτων.

Στις 2 Ιανουαρίου μετέβην στο κατάστημα Γερμανός της πολης μου, όπου ενημερώθηκα ότι δεν αναλαμβάνουν τη διαχείριση παραγγελιών που έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί μέσω του e-shop και ότι θα πρέπει να επικοινωνήσω εκ νέου με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.

Ακολούθησαν επανειλημμένες προσπάθειες επικοινωνίας με το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών τηλεφωνικά, χωρίς επιτυχία, με χρόνους αναμονής που ξεπέρασαν τα 35–45 λεπτά ανά κλήση. Αντίστοιχα, στις 3 Ιανουαρίου δεν κατέστη δυνατή η επικοινωνία με εκπρόσωπο, ώστε να υποβάλω επίσημα αίτημα για ελαττωματικό προϊόν.

Την 3η Ιανουαρίου απέστειλα email στο τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών της Γερμανός
), περιγράφοντας αναλυτικά το πρόβλημα και επισυνάπτοντας σχετικό οπτικοακουστικό υλικό. Στις 8 Ιανουαρίου απέστειλα νέο email υπενθύμισης.

Στις 12 Ιανουαριου Προχωρησα σε καταγγελια στο Συνηγορο του καταναλωτη για επιστοφη των χρηματων μου .

Μεχρι και σημερα 16 Ιανουαριου ουδεμια επικοινωνια δεν ειχε το eshop του Germanos μαζι μου.

Παρέδωσα προϊόν επανειλημμένα εντός εγγύησης στον Γερμανό επί της οδού Βενιζέλου στη Καβάλα και κάθε φορά μου έλεγαν ότι «δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα». Όταν τελικά το αναγνώρισαν, το έκαναν αφού έληξε η εγγύηση την 3η φορα προσπαθώντας να φορτώσουν στον πελάτη τη δική τους καθυστέρηση ζητώντας το κόστος επισκευής— εντελώς απαράδεκτη στάση.Δεν συστήνω σε κανέναν το εν λόγω κατάστημα και γενικά την εταιρεία Γερμανός😡

What are you telling them to all the customers about the papers and the guarantee are only scams, because the employees from Germanos shop (Rethymno city) are making what they want (or what that was learned, in order to avoid the word: "guarantee"). I was 1 1 day after the delivery, at 9.15 at the shop from where I took Sunday 28.12.2025(15.30) the order and the ladies from there refused me to receive and to send beck the pack, because the box was opened and...............'damaged" !!!!!. They had an contemp attitude and if is the Germanos attitude..................they have a big problem ! Is not a problem of money, is only a problem of attitude and respect for customer! I understand the shop position, but is not fair ! And, is against the laws! Shame on Germanos !

I sent the product, which don't work, back to Germanos shop from Rethymno and until now, I have no sign ! As I understand, they take the product, all my money and remain silents ! Good job !

It's been more than 5 months since I sent the product back to the store in Rethymno and since then I heard from Germanos only.....words: "wait". They took both the money and the product back. How can you call that? I call it pure scam ! Like a thief ! They took my product and didn't gave the money back. Exactly like pure thieves !

From 5 monthes, I have no money back and the Germanos shop took also my remote ordered. This is a Police case and a clear cort case, because Germanos took my product and also my money !
and nothing happened. Is a court clear case !
Until now, they sent me a lot of "explanations" for the delay of the refund, but the essential was: "wait" ! Until when. they didn't told me ! Important for the scam is that I have to wait. I've made complains and I am waiting ! Let's see if exist laws ! Or any company like them can scam us when they want !

They have been holding my phone Xiaomi Redmi hostage for over 60 days. The situation is a complete fraud:

I handed in the device for a warranty repair.

They arbitrarily denied the warranty coverage but proceeded to perform major hardware repairs (replacing the frame, sensor, and buttons) WITHOUT my written consent.

My Service Report has NO SIGNATURE in the "Cost Acceptance" field.

Now, they are extorting me, demanding €50.00 to return my property, even though I never approved any charge.

Since they repaired it without a cost estimate, they tacitly admitted it was a manufacturing defect. Demanding money after the fact is illegal under EU Consumer Law.

I ordered a smart watch 17th of December for Christmas unfortunately haven't received it yet too bad service 8 days delay and goes for 27th of December

The most bad company to customer services...ever!

Στις 27/11/2025 αγόρασα online ένα iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB (παραγγελία o618169055h1) με ξεκάθαρη δέσμευση από τον Γερμανό ότι η παράδοση θα γίνει έως 1/12. Πλήρωσα 1.149€, το προϊόν εμφανιζόταν ως άμεσα διαθέσιμο και η διαδικασία έδειχνε κανονική.
Τελικά:
❌ Το προϊόν δεν παραδόθηκε ποτέ
❌ Ενημερώθηκα εκ των υστέρων ότι “δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμο στοκ”
❌ Η εταιρεία ακύρωσε μονομερώς την παραγγελία
❌ Τα χρήματα παραμένουν δεσμευμένα, δημιουργώντας πραγματική οικονομική ζημία
Πρόκειται για ξεκάθαρη παραπλανητική παρουσίαση διαθεσιμότητας και μη τήρηση εγγυημένης ημερομηνίας παράδοσης.
Έχω ήδη υποβάλει επίσημη καταγγελία στον Συνήγορο του Καταναλωτή.
Η εμπειρία μου δείχνει σοβαρή ασυνέπεια και έλλειψη αξιοπιστίας από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα του Γερμανού.
Δεν θα το πρότεινα σε κανέναν καταναλωτή.

Δεν περίμενα να είναι τόσο απαράδεκτο ένα τόσο γνωστό μαγαζί. 2 στις 2 πολύ αρνητικές εμπειρίες.
Την πρώτη φορά αγόρασα ένα προϊόν με δώρο και μου έστειλαν μόνο το προϊόν. Μου είπαν ότι ποτέ δεν ίσχυε κάτι τέτοιο (το δώρο). Ευτυχώς είχα print screen με την παραγγελία και έβγαλα άκρη μετά απο καμία 20αρια μέρες...
Τη δεύτερη, για οθόνη με παραλαβή από το κατάστημα. Οι 1-2 εργάσιμες μέρες έγιναν 12. Τους κάλεσα 3-4 φορές και μου είπαν ότι θα παραδωθεί την επόμενη μέρα, μέχρι που το ακύρωσα.

Αγορά Iphone 17 Pro Max το οποίο Παρασκευή ήταν διαθέσιμο στο website του , γίνεται η παραγγελία online και περιμένεις την παραλαβή. Η παραγγελία ακυρώνεται λόγω μη διαθέσιμοτητας ( οκ δεν το πρόλαβα) αλλα δεν λαμβάνεις καμία ενημέρωση. καλείς μετά απο 2 μέρες να ρωτήσεις τι έχει συμβεί και σου λένε τα χρήματα θα τα επιστρέψουν εντός 48 ωρών και θα εμφανηστούν στο λογαριασμό σου εντός 14 ημερών. Καμια τράπεζα δεν κάνει για μια αυτόαμτη μεταφορά 14 μέρες. Η χειρότερη παραγγελία απο eshop μακράν. ήταν λάθος απο την πρώτη στιγμή που τους εμπιστεύτηκα. Προτιμήστε άλλο eshop για αγορά κινητού online.

πιεικώς απαράδεκτοι! Έκανα παραγγελία iphone 14 με ειδική ένδειξη για μειωμένη τιμή. Δεν τίμησαν ποτέ την παραγγελία, δεν προχώρησαν σε αντιπροσφορά όπως ζήτησα, ακόμα κι αν ενημερωσα ότι έχω προβεί σε αγορές παρελκόμενων 100 ευρώ για το κινητό. Παντελώς αδιάφοροι. Ετοιμάζω καταγγελία για παραπλάνηση.

Germanos in Kissamos is a brilliant shop with really knowledgable helpful staff.
They have great displays of their products .
Today I went in today to have the screen replaced on my Galaxy phone. Their techy expert Paniyotis expertly replaced the screen while I waited.
I do recommend this shop to many people and will continue to do so. They are a pleasure to deal with.
