İ have bought tickets from Munich to Berlin but İ did not receive the emails for tickets. İ reached via email to get the tickets but İ did not receive any answers.

Very disappointing customer experience
Very disappointing customer experience. First time using the system and booked a ticket, a week in advance, from the wrong departure station.
Realized the mistake and emailed the help desk within 10 minutes of the booking to ask if they could help correct the departure station as there were multiple trains available.
I was told that wasn’t possible and in spite of reaching out again did not receive help.
I was not trying to cancel. I just needed the ticket departing from the right station a week from now but received no help.
Horrible experience.

Reassuring Customer Service
I had a similar situation to one of the critical respondents here . I booked three train tickets from Prague to Dresden for next year via Czechrails ( like Germanrails it’s all part of the ticket company RailClick ) . I too was confused when my tickets arrived by email with the logo of SNBC ( the official Belgian Railways) . However I queried this with the RailClick support team . William in RailClick’s Customer Servjce has reassured me the tickets I have are valid for the Prague to Dresden route for the reasons explained in the company’s responses on this site. I have to say my experience of their Customer Service so far has been very good . Very speedy and informative. After I had booked via Czechrails, I checked the official Czech railway website and the Deutsche Bahn website and the cost of my tickets are competitively priced .Obviously I haven’t taken my train journey yet ( which is why I haven’t given them 5 stars!) but I now feel confident my tickets are legitimate.

SCAM!
SCAM!! STAY AWAY!! Scam site. Sent multiple emails and called. Never got my tickets or order confirmation but the money came out of my account. I’m looking into how to take their page off google since it’s one of the first sites to pop up.

Whether seat reservations are included or not depends entirely on the type of train and fare selected, not on our platform. In many regional or local trains, seat reservations are not available by design, even if booked directly with the rail operator.
Our site clearly indicates when a seat is included and when it’s not—before you confirm your booking. If you had a specific route in mind where you expected a seat but didn’t receive one, our 24/7 support team could have clarified that instantly.

Total Rip off. Avoid!! I paid double the price of the tickets!!
I got charged 145 euros for 2 adults and 2 teens going from Memmingham to Munich central station! We went to the station desk to ask for information in Memmingham and showed our tickets. The man behind the desk said the tickets should only cost 60 euros for all four of us. This is a disgrace. Your reply to this review is misleading. The same type of ticket for 4 people was 60 euros as opposed to 145 charged by you.

Fake tickets
I bought tickets on GermanRails. Everything was smooth for the ticket selection and payment. BUT I received tickets with a SNCB logo (belgian railways). It was fake tickets ! Stay away.

Scam site
Scam site. It comes as one of the First resulta when looking for german train tickets and emits fake tickets for non-existent trains. Stay away from this site.
Update after their answer: The official site is bahn.de, they are a distributor. The second ticket I bought was for a train that was supposed to stop in Bamberg. I actually saw the train, passing straight through the station without stopping. Even if they are able to sell train tickets I don't trust their management as I experienced discrepancies between what they sell and what is going on the train systems. Even the call center did not answer when I called them more and more times once I saw on the timetables that there were no trains to my destination.
This is my experience with germanrails and railclick and of course I have no reason to tell a fake story.
