Geru offers hypothetic simulations. No value whatsoever as they are all hypothetic, ran by a simulator that we could do in Excel, easily.

What really turned me off was their harsh marketing upsell strategy to purchase their main product, click funnels 2.0.

Oh, and the refund process! They need to verify lots of data before they can even look into it. This is obviously to stall and if you don't give all information they ask within the short time-frame, the refund will be obviously denied.

This is what they ask:

"We are very conscientious of our customer's account security; for verification purposes will you please provide the following information:

Name on account
Last 4 numbers of the payment card
Exp date of payment card
Date of purchase
Billing Email"

To me, these are bogus services/products and business practices that get 0 respect.

Honestly I don’t know why there isn’t much reviews about this tool. Geru is great for planning marketing funnels.

Not only that it is very flexible and is able to simulate the outcome of your funnels which helps you set your goals before you even start your marketing efforts, it can also identify which part of your existing funnels needs improvement or correction.

Geru also generates beautiful reports that you can use it for yourself or for your clients (which can’t be done with a whiteboard, especially online).

With their recent launch of their agency license I can now create accounts for my team and even for my clients. My clients can now see, interact and even run simulations of the funnels that I’ve planned out for them which is great! The best part, the agency plan also comes which white label, where you can have your own domain and logo so that your clients wouldn’t even know that you’re using Geru.

I’m not sure if this is a legitimate company.

If you are selling SaaS, you will need to start with branding and positioning yourself well. You are asking for a lot of money from potential customers and there’s nothing to show that you are a legitimate company!

For example, adding testimonial videos of company’s and actual people who have used your tool on your website would be a great place to start.

You claim to be the first company to have built the worlds’ first market funnel planning tool six years ago, yet I don’t see any case studies and or industry reports on how you have contributed to better planning and goal setting for marketers out there.

You have a very strong 30-Day guarantee badge on your website yet we all know that a freemium model is the best way to reel potential customers in and move them across the funnel from opportunities to customers.
