Buyers Beware
I have inquired numerous times about the status of my order placed on June 19, 2026. 23 times I have received a response and have been told my case has been escalated to the shipping dept. and yet, I still do not have my order. I just want my money back, since this appears to be fraudulent website and and you have no intention of sending the actual product ordered.

I’ve been going round round with the…
I’ve been going round round with the company waiting two months for the product never getting the product. The tracking is all goofy one day. It says it’s in New York City. The next day it says it’s arrived. It wasn’t in my mailbox. They will not refund me. They’re not very helpful. So I couldn’t even try the coffee because it did not arrive. I will not be referring this company or trying to order ever again. Terrible customer service.

I would give zero if I could. Just a scam company that takes your money and never delivers. Then makes excuses to not refund. Don’t get caught stay away from them.

Ordered on 23 June, email received 7 July stating has been shipped and as of 25 July nothing has been received. This is a scam.update 29 July: package received, shipped from China.

I ordered bryo coffee on 23rd June. (23 days ago)
I have spoken to seven different customer support staff both by phone and email.
All tell a different story. They all promise to get back to me. One says it's on its way and I shou d receive soon. That was a week ago. Most have said it is waiting for a tracking number.
I still don't have a tracking number let alone the coffee.!!!
I think I have been scammed.
