Order placed at higher costs for more than the product I ORDERED. SHIPPING FOR ONE item to high. Called to cancel(obiously an outside contracted phone person; NOT connected to the corporation Marketing Dept; or even AT the corporation for decision making. The order for ONE product easily went to multiple products Doubling my expected and desire original order request. Caller was nice but had difficulty CANCELLING the order. I had to Threaten to cancel the charge at my banking company! Then and only then was the process corrected and the entire order cancelled. I have no idea of the product or it/s validity; however based on the billing charges and ordering process; I highly question everything about the product and the company.
