Racushla Rielly, hope I’ve spelled your name correctly. If you Google ‘One and Done Workout free online’, the AI will give you a number of options where you can try this without paying. I guess if you pay, you’re told about how to progress with it, slightly harder exercises or something. I haven’t checked any of these links out yet, but when and if I have and tried the exercises I’ll come back and adjust my rating and let you and others know what I think. I noticed that at least one of them is YouTube, so we might have more of an idea by reading YouTube comments. I might even see if I can find you on Instagram, because you asked a very long time ago, and have possibly given up checking for replies. 😊 If anyone else is interested, I’ll try to update this soon. Obviously my rating isn’t for the workout, but I’ll adjust that as soon as I can.
OK, I’m back. The AI told me that over 40s should do the standing version, and explained why. I followed on by asking for the correct warm up and cool down exercises. And you must only do it 3 days a week; AI explained why. It all looks legit to me. I’ll come back to report on how I get on.

Hello , I am writing this only to find out if anyone has used Meredith Shirks " One and Done " workout programmes to lose weight ? And was it just as good as what is promised in the promotional video. I have had to give stars here in order to write this , so tye low star rating does NOT reflect my experience . I would have liked to find a way to ask without having to give a star rating . I'm a bit surprised to find there are no ratings yet , as it sounds very promising & I'm hoping that by leaving this question here it may prompt some responses . The One and Done workout is tailored it seems according to ones age , so I'm searching for reviews independent of her promotion that are regarding the tailored programme for 40 years plus. It certainly sounds great but I did also notice in the promotion that the women whose images were used who were very overweight were not the ones being interviewed , but in saying that there were other images of women who were not overweight who likewise didn't have video testimonials on there . I do hope Meredith will supply reviews on here or & women who have will start posting on here .
