Bonnie Tercero is one amazing woman! I was very nervous and cautious about making this kind of move. I knew that doing this will only benefit me and eventually my family. Bonnie made sure to make sure that I was comfortable with what I wanted done. She made sure to slow down and go over things step by step to ensure I understood. Had issues with my IUL..that was set up with F&G..I called Amplify and Vonetta picked up my call and put me on a 3 way to resolve the issue with F&G. She was very polite, friendly and patient…she stayed on the 3 way call the entire time of resolving the issue.
