Check your bank statement for extra charges
Awful company. Been charged multiple times on multiple cards by getbyferry and also getbybus
Each time I paid it said declined or error.
After trying repeatedly it took monies again and again so for three tickets I had been billed I got charged triple times.
Also tickets paid for did not get issued and were not there for me to download despite paying and having a reference number.
Despite having proof they are fobbing me off and saying nothing is wrong
I have the paperwork evidence
Avoid this headache of a company

Avoid at all costs. Use local tour companies
I booked a ferry from El Nido - Coron. They didn’t issue me a ticket although the money was taken out of my account and was given a reference number. So one day before my trip I contacted customer support asking for my tickets they advised me that they had a system error and couldn’t issue me a ticket and was told they will cancel it and to purchase another ticket from their website again. I told them that I would like them to Issue me a ticket as I have already paid and they told me that they couldn’t help me. So I booked another ticket one day before with Bookaway.com this time paid for it and they issued me tickets one hour before departure they said they have double booked and cancelled my ticket. I went to a local tour company and they issued me a ticket straight away. Stay away from Bookaway.com, 12Go, GetByBus, and Plataforma 10 they are all one company worst experience ever. Also the Local tour companies are cheaper.
