Avoid at all cost!! They take your money and do not deliver as promise. They send you saying your order will be delivered 10 days later still waiting and can wait just about as long for an email reply. Want a refund and waiting for a reply. Literally the worst company I think I have had to deal with in 35 years. Save yourself the time and headache just go B&Q or homebase where someone will actually be accountable!!!

The service / delivery was much quicker than we anticipated, which was good in our case.
Two of the points that made me want to purchase from this company was that their composters were made from recycled plastic and were made in UK.
However, this particular kind of composter is manufactured and exported from Australia and is not made from recycled plastic. so I was very disappointed with this part of the purchase. not very 'green'.

it was ok to put together, 2 of us managed it ok, once we realised that the screw types have different names in Australia to UK.! it got a bit complicated around putting together the crank handle that is supposed to spin the composter.

However, currently, i find it much easier to spin it using what are kind of 'hand holds' moulded into the drum itself and not bother with the handle. But, as it gets heavier, it may need the handle. the spinning certainly is helping the compost process to speed up.

It is great having 2 compartments. i am now on the second one, and hoping that it won't be too long before the first compartment has good compost in it . (over the summer it should be quick).

it is good that it can be moved around, from one area to another, on the flat, although it will get more of a challenge as it gets heavier.

However, rain must be getting in somewhere. (there are ventilation sliders, but these have been closed). the compost is wetter than it should be. the instructions suggest using a peg to hold the sliding doors together. that might help keep the rain out.
i have opened up the sliding doors on hot days to try to dry it out enough.

i am hoping that this equipment does last many years to be worth the cost. and as i get older, i can still keep it spinning!

Delivered a green johanna composter which I got through the local council discount scheme. It came quickly and well packaged it's a great hot composter that my first batch is well underway in reaching and holding good temperatures.

The Green Johanna works wonderfully although the insulation jacket keeps riding up making the lid difficult to take off. I have to keep pulling the top section lower

I waited for the stated delivery time frame to elapse and when the item still didn’t arrive I followed it up. I was told it would come direct from the supplier. So I guess it was the supplier who failed here. But in the end it’s disappointing experience and I’m not really clear why it’s so easy to take payment for something and then completely forget to send it. I had the feeling I wasn’t told the whole story. In future I would order from someone else.

Hot compost bin arrived within the 21 days they said it would take, and they texted to say it was arriving the day before. Easy to assemble, except for the doors, which are very difficult to get properly into place

I've been waiting since the 24th of April to receive my order. I've emailed and called several times and I am still waiting 2 months later.

I tried to order a compost bin on the website. Could not get past checkout - website refused to cooperate despite several attempts.

The next day I had an email saying I had "left" items in the basket. I clicked on the link but then the website refused to permit me to login, even though the login details were correct.

A company expecting thousands of online orders from council subsidies should have a working website.

AWFUL company, take your money, you have to chase them via email and they never reply. I don't know who they are but I cannot believe councils have any involvement with them. They lure you in with government/council schemes and charge you postage and then items sometimes turn up, or you get a random email saying you've been refunded for an item.
Why does no one actually get back to you?
Why do they list items they clearly haven't got in stock?
Why is it SO long before they ship items?
Why do they not have any customer services?
What waste of everyones time.
They say "...delivering your order is our priority..." Really?
(I did get a reply today as I'd emailed a week ago saying it was unacceptable to take my money and the postage and it be well over 6 weeks since I ordered - I got a refund) Unnecessary stress.

Ordered a garden composter to replace one we have had for 25 years. The quality of the GetComposting composter is disappointing. It is pretty flimsy and the lid is a very poor fit. I can’t imagine it will last a fraction of the time my previous one did. Hey ho! That’s progress!!

Ordered 2 compost bins paid for them received within 3 weeks via dpd very good products and despite negative comments about delays in receiving goods I experienced no delays and was kept informed of when shipped and day to be delivered have no complaints at all
Don't know what people expect from a compost bin there are all the same It's fine for what it is and contrary to some comments the lid does fit very snug honestly what do people want it's a plastic bin to provide compost with one only costing £15 what do you want!!!

Order paid for but not delivered. Cannot get through on phone and no response to message sent.
Worst of all local council promote this poor service company.

Took my money a month ago and haven’t delivered my goods, no updates at all. No way of contacting them, they don’t respond to emails.

I ordered two composters and two bases. I received two bases but only one composter. Getting hold of anybody on the phone is nigh on impossible and an auto-reply to my email says it could take 5 days for them to respond - 5 days! Last time somebody told me it would take 5 days was when we only had the postal service.

I got my water butts quickly but have now been waiting 2 months for my composters and the rest of the order and I don’t feel this is acceptable

After placing my last review of this company, I received an email regarding the non-delivery of a composter asking if I still required it to be sent and saying they had not been able to access emails etc. I affirmed I still required the composter which they promised would be delivered by DPD. I am still waiting and now when I try to email them, the address no longer exists and they fail to be sent. Now I cannot even ask for a full refund. It is now nearly 4 months since I placed this order and still nothing. Their customer relations are beyond the pale. I still say beware of this company.

Fake 50% off advertising, via Bromley council. When you contact them directly, they provide fake answers after days. Scammers.

Compost bin was delivered on time, all is ok and it was nice and light to carry round to the garden. Is a good size & easy to set up. Came with a very informative info sheet which has been helpful.
