I've been communicating with these people since early Jan 2026. Clearly, they are inundated with complaints as emails usually reference a different customer's situation. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission for their fraudulent business practices. Do not purchase any products from this company. You're welcome!

If I can get lower than 1 star I would. I am filing a complaint with the state Attorney Generals office and the better business bureau. Legal action pending. Ordered pajamas for my granddaughter for Christmas on December 5, 2025, nothing as of March 25, 2026. Theft of my money, and aggrevation. Susan Pantuliano

Wow where to start? Order took over 6 weeks and they are some disgusting cheap super-sheer fabric. Very clearly a scam!! their customer service rep replies to one out of every four emails I send. Their last email asked for photos of the pajamas and the packaging, as if the packaging was the problem. Despite sending everything they’ve asked for, they have already ignored those emails as well. Looks like I am going to eat my own money. I am furious.

The website indicates the company is located in NC, but the product actually ships from China. Never would’ve purchased had I known. Took weeks to receive my order. Quality of the pajamas is horrible! The fabric is cheap, see-thru, and feel like it’d melt if you got too close to a heater. Cost to return is ridiculous. Offered me 30% voucher to use toward future purchase (no thank you!), of a 10% credit to keep the item (no thank you!). Horrible horrible horrible. Do not purchase from this company!!!

The delivery time was slower than I expected.

Is there a possibility to give them a negative 5?! The pajamas did not arrive for 7 weeks. When I emailed for customer support I was told, “be patient.” The material is scratchy and completely see through- so see through and cheap that they are definitely unwearable and inappropriate. I could not get an email back about returns or refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

GetCozyGirl Website says they are located in Raleigh NC which is a lie they are in China. They have stolen from me and keep ignoring my emails. I’ve asked for their address over and over and they won’t respond and they refuse to refund my $$.

They’re a scam, don’t use. They don’t deliver the goods and delay and delay refunding, I ordered socks as a Christmas present at the start of December and still haven’t got them or a refund.

Worst customer service.
I ordered 3 and only 2 arrived. Material was awful so returned and I have the return receipt they received over a month ago and still no response or refund.

Over priced Temu pajamas. My package took over a month to arrive and was shipped directly from China. They are laughably thin and see through. If you want these just buy them on Temu and save some money.

I ordered the Hamilton Pajamas Nov. 30th as a Christmas gift for my daughter. My order took nearly 6 weeks to arrive. Of note, they are being shipped from China not Wake Forest, NC (which is the address on their website). I wouldnt have been too upset if we had received a quality product for $50 but, we did not. The website claims their pajamas are "made with a sturdy silk blend material so they aren't see through." The pj's are thin and made from an unpleasantly rough fabric. Unfortunately, my daughter can't even wear them. On a positive note, the design is cute as pictured and I sized up so they fit well.

I ordered this product in early December. It is now 1/11 and I still have not received it. Their website says North Carolina so I assumed it would be here by Christmas. I was wrong. It shipped from China Several weeks later. At this point, I don't even want it.
I hope it actually arrives.

I would give the ZERO stars! It is a SCAM! I paid for PREMIUM SHIPPING... Website shows company is based out of NC... and so I thought premium shipping I would get my order faster..I didn't receive my order until 1/5 AND it was shipped from CHINA?? The Premium Shipping was a scam as well! After placing the order, within seconds i received 2 phone calls from the same number which alerted me to fraud.. I immediately tried to contact the company to cancel my order and there was NO phone number. I SENT numerous emails and NO reply until 8 days later! The reply was item shipped. I have sent numerous emails and they do not reply. I reported them to the BBB and wow... they replied to them stating they don't sell PJ's??

Their sizing chart does not match the product you order. I went by the chart, as neither recipient is tall, or big (size 5 and size 0), yet neither fit upon arrival.

Their support says best they can do is provide a 10% refund and I keep the items. There may be a chance the smaller can wear the bigger one, but the slippers didn't fit either, so just a horrible experience in general. You are better off going with an American company, or Amazon.

Horrible company. Ordered a Christmas present for my daughter as a theme. Purchased Hamilton pj set to go along with Hamilton tickets. Ordered the pjs on December 10 and they never got here before Christmas. They arrived two days later and did not even fit. The company refused to refund our money in full even if we sent the item back. They have a poor response to emails. I cannot recommend this company. They are shysters.

Never received the items I ordered. No response from support. Will I get my items? Who knows it’s a mystery. I will dispute this on my credit card since it’s obviously a scam company. Get Facebook marketing but it’s trash.

bought these pajamas for my wife as a christmas gift and she loved them! best gift i got her this year..

My fiance loved her pajamas and we are definitely ordering again. She wore them on christmas, I liked the look and feel.
