The quality of your product was wonderful and they came as expected, and were packaged perfectly. Unfortunately, they were way too large for our cooking environment, which is on a boat. However, the return was efficient and credited as it should have been.

It was easy to order the Ensembl items on line and have them directly delivered to family for Christmas. All packages were tracked to each door. All family members were happy with their gifts and the quality of the items.

Très très difficile à laver. Pan trop grande. Qualité/prix (au Canada) pas justifier après expérimentation.

Truly beautiful, well-made cookware! Had a hard time choosing my color but ultimately went with the navy blue... so pretty! Cooks like a dream with even heating (no hot spots) and high sides so no spillage. Solidly built. Amazing how much space I regained in my cabinets! Absolutely genius!

Slight delay in delivery, but nothing terrible.

The pans are “built”. Like crazy high quality. But….. they are huge.

Get ready to burn yourself repeatedly. The worst designed lid handles possilble! And what is up with the size of the fry pans... this is not M.A.S.H unit... I am not cooking for a platoon. I have never seen cookware on that scale! I thought maybe I had shrunk instantly to half my size!

It works beutifully with my induction cook top! I only use the small and medium sauce pan and nothing else - because the stock pot, and fry pans are ridiculous in size. If you are paying by the pound, you sure get your money's worth because these beasts are heavy. If you want enormous pans that are built to outlast your grandkids... you might like these. Just stock up on burn ointment, due to the horrible design of the lids. This is definitely form OVER function.

The kitchen in our new, super energy-efficient home has less cabinet space than the prior one. It also has a super efficient induction stove. The Ensembl cookware occupied a lot less space. Ensemble replaced a decades old and much loved All-Clad set successfully.
It's attractive stainless steel and my wife now loves induction cooking.

Quick shipment. The two items I received have been a new staple in my kitchen. Will add more products in the near future.

This was my second order because I really love the cookware and wanted to gift it. My first set is over 2 years old and it still is shiny and cooks like a dream. I got a second set as a gift and my friends love it too. Customer service is always helpful and were able to ship an order as a priority before Christmas. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a set of pots and pans on 12/29. They were received within a week. They were well packed and nicely presented - considering the price of the set they should be!

We unpacked them to check out the stacking capability which is very nice. I used the smallest pot to boil water and was very surprised after one use how easily they become “scarred”…yes I know they can be cleaned with bar keepers.

A couple of points - they are heavy! Seniors beware the removable handle is easy to use but if you don’t the metal pot “rings” get very hot. - requires two pot holders if you don’t use the handle.

The pots are also very large scale. I realize they need to be to be stackable but the smallest is not your normal small saucepan nor are the frying pans at the bottom of the stack!

After all of this I realized this set was not for us and I reached out to the vendor to return the set (at least all but the one pot that I used)! They are telling me that nothing is returnable since I used the one pot! Their site says you can return unused items but it doesn’t say - that applies to an entire set if you only use one part of a set! Had I known this I would have purchased one pot to test it out then decide if I want the rest (149 vs 1k) - so beware! They seem to apply the return policy at their discretion!

By the way - the communication is all through email. No one answers the phone and voice messages are not returned!

For this reason I am giving them a one star!

Promised delivery for spring. Won’t ship before the summer!

I ordered the products. But got an email staying out of stock. Instead received something as a token gift. So, for now I give one star because I have not heard back anything regarding the items that I placed order online. Suppose to receive later in late December. Today is late January. No update. :( Sorry. Just very disappointed. We all understand supplies chain issue. We understand that. Just no update.

Very good quality. Like the detachable handles and fold down handles and like the markings for quantity held. Don like that several are way too big, larger than standard.

I really love how sturdy and stackable the set is. However, they aren’t ideal for smaller spaces . These would be great for prepping huge amounts of food for many people on a special occasion, but they quality of being large and heavy makes them not ideal for single people, couples living in small condos or apartments, or everyday cooking. Some of the pans hang over the side of my stove and encroach on the other burner area so I can’t use all the burners i need to to prep certain dishes . I think if you made a smaller set it would be a real hit. Personally, I prefer my more light weight pots and pans for everyday cooking. But having to store many set of pots and pans defeats the purpose of having stackwear intended for decluttering, organizing, efficiency and a minimalist lifestyle. I’m sad I gave my old pots pans away when I got the Stackware. I had high hopes for these.

I pre-purchased the full set of Stackware and it was worth the wait. The set is gorgeous – but also heavy, super luxe and heats evenly with no hot spots. The laser-welded handles eliminate obtrusive rivets to cook/clean around. The clear glass lids lay flat and stack well, and the removable handles let me maximize my stovetop space and afford a cool-touch surface when it's time to relocate from the burner. The set nests together on one shelf – and aside from my cast iron, stand on their own as everything needed to get any job done. In a world where I’m cooking frequent, healthy and creative meals from home, Stackware has made my daily kitchen time more enjoyable and my cabinets less cluttered – does it get any better for a city-dweller?

Love the fact that the whole set fits under my kitchen cart. So easy to use and clean, I can make sizeable stews without an issue. Such a great set!

I haven't used all the pots and pans yet, but I have enjoyed them. They are heavy and I imagine they will last a long time. However, water, soap and scum gets into the lids under the handle and along the edge, which is very difficult to clean.

I had no idea how much fully clad cookware would improve my cooking. Using these pots and pans is a joy. They heat fast and evenly. Everything cooks better. Even popcorn comes out fluffier.
The removable handles are great. It's nice to have the space freed up on the stove top and the really do stack well.

These pans are both functional and beautiful! The removable handles and stacking functionality are game changers in my kitchen. I love them!
