We've used Glow for several of our clients for the last few months and so far everything has been great. Glow provide us with various services as our clients require different things & they've been on the ball every time.

Setting everything up was quick & easy (great advice from Glow) and so far only hit 1 snag for 1 of our clients, which was sorted very quickly by Glow. Which turned out to be a fault with our client.

Sorting this snag out so quickly gave us extra confidence with Glow as they went that cliched "extra mile". You quickly understand that they care.

Having used various, similar companies in the past, we have to say Glow have been far better across the board. We'll be sticking with them for the foreseeable and currently looking at moving more of our clients over to Glow.

Glow is by far the best tool I have found for my web design business in years. It takes so much hassle out of managing multiple WordPress websites and makes communicating with my clients is super easy. The ticketing system has allowed me to upgrade my customer service to a level I never thought I could get to, plus my clients love it too. So simple, so easy to use. Also love the fact clients can login and keep track of everything that is going on.
