Anne was very helpful and clearly explained to me the details on how to resolved my concern.

The site is full of scammers who offer a product, and when you choose the product and come to pay the amount, they don’t give you anything and say that this is the membership subscription amount and you will get the amount back. They said that the amount will not be returned. You agreed to the terms, but I have entrusted my matter to God and this is a holy month.

I disliked the fact that the money was deducted from my account in the first place. I still don't know what your product is.
