Quality what can I say this was a nice surprise

I love Gethemp as I finally came off cannabis in January and was a big smoker. It's a crutch which I enjoy without the head mess of cannabis and I was often paranoid which I don't miss at all. Great products still the same effect but without the high which I'm okay with. I do get a high but knowing that it's legal makes a big difference.

So i ordered during the sale 50% off and it was said this morning my full order was shipped. Then i get an email to say that 1 item wasnt available and want me to pick something from the website that now is full price(this is not acceptable and i am sure my customer rights have been abused)? How can this happen? No one has replied to my email to tell me what is going on. I paid for the whole thing 5 days ago and I have no idea what is happening, this is terrible customer service.
Update: 16 September 2026
So first and second part of the order arrived eventually and coincidently on the same day in different envelopes and different postal services. The order still wasnt right, it was short by 1g and i then let their customer service know and eventually the last part of the order arrived with 1 + 1 gram free for the bad customer service. I was asked to change my review numerous times. I can only be honest in reviews.

The honesty relating to the products are excellent. Very quick on despatch and delivery. This has helped with my medical condition and knowing it is legal and still actually works well enough is just amazing.
