The sweatshirt was supposed to be a men's 2XL. Looks to be a women's size large, maybe! Very cheaply made and not worth 10.00 let alone the 60.00 they charged me. Very unsatisfied!!!

I have not yet received the items that I ordered. The buying experience so far has been very good regarding customer service and keeping the customer informed.

That everything is easy and detailed for the order

I ordered a cap for a friend. It was to be delivered to his address. After my order, I expected to be emailed a tracking number. This never happened. I emailed the company and got a rapid reply that as soon as it's in transit, I would get a tracking number. Still, this never happened. After reading some reviews I got worried, so I went to PayPal and actually I was going to dispute this purchase. I then realized instead of coming from North Carolina, as shown on their home page, this cap was coming from Vietnam. If you really dig around on their web site, this become obvious, but why try to hide it? I found a tracking number at the PayPal website. Checking the tracking number I saw the order was in progress and it arrived reasonably fast (20 days), considering the processing time and where it was coming from. My friend got the cap and indicated to me it was very nice and high quality. So my only complaints are that they should not try to mislead you and tell you it's coming from Vietnam not from the USA. They should also email you a tracking number. Also they kept sending emails wanting an approval rating right after I just ordered the item . This was irritating . This appears to be a legitimate and decent company. With some easy improvements, they would get a better reputation and sell a lot more of their products.

Ordered the customizable leather jacket for a gift. Quality is better than expected! Feels and looks like one you would get at a Cycle Gear or other motorbike accessory store. It arrived earlier than expected, which is always a plus. Customization is exactly as described and looks amazing. Can't wait to gift this! 10/10 recommend!!

You didn't inform me about how long it would take to get the order

Faster delivery than originally quoted. Shirts arrived today. Exactly what I was hoping for. Fit is good. Name is a little larger than I was expecting but not a problem.

my order arrived without me knowing...i did not receive my tracking # until the package arrived...I will need two more BMW shades (personalized)but because the service was pretty bad I will need a discount to do so.

I ordered the sunshield for my BMW X1. The description said it would fit this particular SUV. When placing my order, it kept saying to make sure the size was correct, but it did not have a spot to put in any measurements, nor did the description give any measurements. So how was I supposed to know? So I took a chance, and trusted them that they said it would fit the BMW X1, and ordered it. First of all, it's as thin as paper! It's also way too big. The BMW picture they put on it is nice, but the size and the quality of the sunshield is awful. I tried to put it in the window anyways, and it's so floppy and big, it was like trying to put a blanket in the window. I took a picture of it beside another sunshield I bought off of EBay (that fits perfectly) so you can see just how "too big" it is. But it looks like they do not allow you to upload any pictures - of course. I'm really frustrated, as this company said they do not allow returns. So I'm stuck with this thing. I'll just lay it down in my cargo area to protect the carpet I guess. I'm sorry, but I would not buy from this company again.

Shirts was kind of deceiving when they came in they where a slinky material figured they would have been like a work shirt material. I got a xl and a 2x they fit small both should have been upped one size
