Not at all happy with this company. Purchased three pouches and tried on my dog, within 24hrs my dog had a seizure. Hes never had on before nor any neurological problems before. Took him to the vets and the vet said without taking bloods and carrying out extensive testing I cant prove that the additives caused the seizure. Contacted koopers who said sent it back and we will offer you a refund for the two unopened pouches. I explained all the above and that I had only used one scoop from the pouch and they refused to offer a full refund. I did not read their terms and conditions before I purchased and if you do you would not buy anything from this company as to get a refund you would have to jump over half a dozen hurdles and also produce video footage. Ill be going through trading standards now as I do not feel the product was not fit for use. Warning to all.....Read their terms and condition prior to ordering......

Really impressed with this company. I had a few questions before ordering and customer service were a massive help. It was so refreshing to get proper replies from an actual person rather than a bot, and they actually answered what I asked. Both my orders turned up really quickly too. Most importantly, the powder does exactly what it says on the tin. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

Trixie seems to like it, seems less itchy

My pug Darcy constantly itches and scratches, thought it was the groomers and the products they were using at first until I read about pro biotics and how they work for our fur babies, I tried a few chews and apoquel but they didn’t seem to stop the scratching. Gave koopers a go from a fb ad and must say so far 3-4 weeks in I am seeing real progress in her, she’s wolfing her meals down even faster than usual lol, rustle of the koopers pouch and she’s going nuts. Hopeful that this puts an end to the crazy itching and scratching! Will update in a few months with progress .

Really happy with this powder! My dog had been really itchy and his breath was pretty bad too, plus he was always a bit of a picky eater and would sometimes leave his food. I thought I’d give this a go and honestly didn’t expect a massive difference. Since he’s been taking it his coat seems so much better and his breath has improved loads. He also seems to have more energy throughout the day and just seems happier in himself. He’s eating his meals a lot more consistently now too, which is great as he was always a bit fussy before. It’s really easy to add to his food and he doesn’t seem to notice it at all. Really glad I gave it a try and I’ll definitely be keeping him on it

It’s exactly as described and shipping was very fast. My dog loves the taste and it has been working well, so far very impressed.
