Awful. Paid $500 for a month. All the extra metrics they mention for their premium tier is only available when you export, and you can only export 20 rows of data a day.. unless you pay a whole year up front. Promised a dedicated success manager but there is no one. No one to contact. Feel Scammed

Can't get ahold of anyone in order to cancel the subscription. Every email and phone call has been completely ignored and nobody seems to want to rectify the situation.

I received one message back from someone saying they would call back from their google voice number and yet nothing.

I ordered a magazine 6 months ago and never got it.

Subscribed to Latka Magazine in 2020. In 2022, requested to cancel since no content had been produced since October 2020.

There are no contact details available on the site and no way to cancel the subscription.

All emails to the address on the invoice were ignored, telephone messages were not responded to.

Continues to charge subscription in 2023. My only recourse is to dispute the charges with the credit card company, but the Stripe subscription remains, and this is likely to be a recurring problem.

When I Google my company's name (WhoAPI), getlatka.com website shows up in the results page. The page description says: "WhoAPI CEO Goran Duskic says they've grown to a team size of 13 since launch in 2011 and are bootstrapped. See more WhoAPI data on Latka."

I've never made such comment, and I've never had any interaction with getlatka.com or Nathan Latka. The information about my company is grossly inaccurate.

I wanted to reach out to them so they remove my company, but I can't find a contact page on their website.

I have tried multiple times to cancel annual subscription to this magazine but I cannot find any option online. My card has just been charged for the next 12 months despite requesting cancelation via email. How does somebody cancel?

Being double billed for two accounts and there is no easy way to cancel. I have tried to contact several times with no response. avoid this guy.

I signed up for GetLatka September 2022 magazin ($29.00). Upon payment, there was no way to download the report. I emailed and called and no answer anywhere. Nothing showed up in the mail either. Wasted money and jeopardized personal information (they request you to fill out mailing address).

Super sketchy. Bought company list. Never received anything. No answer to emails.

The website doesn't provide an option to delete your account, change your email address, or remove your profile photo even after I disconnected GetLatka from LinkedIn.

I have already emailed support. Once the team can provide proof that my profile and data has been removed from the system, I will also remove this review from TrustPilot.

Two weeks and one follow-up email later, and I have yet to hear anything from support. Attempting to reach out to him on Twitter was also futile.

After googling "Nathan Latka scam", I uncovered dishonest, fraudulent behaviors coming from the man - you should do the same before associating yourself with him or any of his companies.

Beware of anyone who says "I'm the most sued podcaster and I love it."

I'm lucky to never have given any credit card information to getlatka.com. Who knows how many unsolicited charges I would have received by now.

I have experienced the same issues of all the guys who shared bad reviews. I wanted to buy a single report but I found myself - totally unaware - with a monthly subscription pro-plan of $79. In the beginning I thought it was my fault to have accidentally subscribed a pro-plan but reading some of the others reviews I realize that it’s their “business model”. I tried to contact nathan or someone of customer service several times but no answer so far. So I lost interest in the report itself. I canceled my subscription through my account in the website getlatka.com and i wasted more than $350 from march to june. If they are gonna charge me also in july, I’ll send them my lawyers. My advice is to stay away form this website. in case you want to subscribe anyway be careful what you click/accept
