Great tool for looking up early stage tech info.

Nathan is definitely a hardworking great businessman. He provides good value - BUT - as I´ve found out after a month, is above all master of customer hard sell & charging principles. I´ve ordered a single issue of his magazine and he - without my conscious approval - is charging also for the online pro plan (sometimes he calls Insider), to which I cannot find the way to unsubscribe. I´ve also tried to reach him and ask for an explanation and to cancel via his email nathan at nathanlatka.com, but no success.
I like value from professionals, but the first principle of the long relationship with the customers and positive word of mouth should be a good experience not only onboarding but also saying goodbye. So I recommend him to take a look at the full customer journey, not only ways to hard sell. I am in the CX business for 10+ years and I see all patterns of breaking of basic rules in the way he is executing. Be very conscious of every single click you make on his website.
