The likeness and major alterations from the hi-res photo we sent. BEWARE of Policy where you cant return and cant get a full refund -- they wanted to give us back 20% - we ordered 2 statuettes a few days apart using different credit cards - we dispute them both - received full refund from AMEX - BARCLAY Mastercard was worthless with their dispute process. As long at Get Memorify sent something - their obligation was fulfilled. Dumped them as a major credit card company.

Product had the potential for being really good. Got this for a grandson that will never grow up getting to know his grandfather. Some details being a little different can be overlooked but they gave him hair down the back when he was bald. They apologized but said they used their best judgement since photo did not show back of head. They never reached out to me with any questions. When I asked what they could do about it as I could not use the bust figure they sent, I got ZERO response back. I cannot use what they sent so money wasted.

The right stars should be zero, absolut fake for so much Money, should be a memory and this is definitly Not the case. Disapointed by Paypal also.
