For the first month I see a very significant change in my elderly cat, unfortunately I lost her to soon to continue using this. More people should try this, it should be more advertised because it could save you spending so much on vets bills. I definitely recommend this product.

Quick swift delivery

Quick swift delivery . My cat has thyroid condition he has only one thyroid gland as other one removed years ago . Now the remaining one is failing he appeared to be wasting away although under constant treatment from vet he began to look so thin his coat was getting to look spiky and dull, his eyes very sad looking. He has been on Taurine for just over 2 weeks and now looks so much better he is brighter in himself and has started to put on weight ! Barnie has his mojo back thanks to meowsupps.

Not doing too well at the moment

Not doing too well at the moment. This morning he refused his chicken breast, the first meal of the day and he is usually starving. I had only put one spoonful in amongst the bite size pieces. He took one sniff and walked away. I left it as an option all day and gave him Felix Fish and Whiskas Ham. He ate both of those, but drinking a lot of water too ( from my bathroom sink's running tap)

It`s only been about a week and one scoop a day mixed with cat soup as being a power it mixes in very well.
So so good nun of sicking up her food or her treats.

I'm an absolute dinosaur on Internet. Therefore I seem to have place order incorrectly, the product kept coming no return address have enough for a year now. Staff Charlotte sorted for me and was most understanding and cooperative. So can safely recommend and be careful next time. 💛

So far so good, took a while to arrive and cats took a while to eat it, now they are,it's too soon to see if it working, but I keep you updated

I encountered a problem and the company sorted it straight away

I was pleased with the delivery, it came in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, my cat won't eat the taurine supplement and so I had to cancel the subscription by email (I hadn't realised it was an automatic thing) but the company cancelled further supplies straight away after I contacted them. It would be much better if it were possible to just buy one of the product without having to worry you were tied into monthly deliveries and payments, especially for elderly people like me. I am so pleased that the problem was solved so quickly by the company, we hear so many complaints, I am pleased to be able to pass on a compliment

Not what I expected

Charlotte was very polite helpful and responsive when chasing my order. The problem arises from the company stating they are UK based, which I’d say is true, but this is misleading as you think the supplements are being shipped from the UK which they are not. After waiting for a week for my order to arrive, I chased and Charlotte said orders were delayed due to a high demand but my order had shipped and is it’s way and should be with me in a couple of days. Another week has passed and when checked I can see it’s passed through customs, which I was very surprised about. I would not have ordered through them if I had known this was the case. I like to buy from within the UK, I don’t want the stress and delays of orders coming from outside the UK plus I tend to trust UK companies standards more, so now I’m not sure how I feel about this. I think the company should be honest and transparent about where the product is made and where it ships from. It builds customer trust and understanding of the shipping process and once one misleading statement has been made, it then sets up suspicion about everything else.

I purchased this taurine supplement for…

I purchased this taurine supplement for my cat and was quite concerned when I opened it and found the powder to be a distinctly orange colour.

Taurine is normally described as a white or colourless crystalline powder, and the pictures of this product also show a white powder, so the colour of the product I received was very unexpected.

I contacted the company to ask about the unusual colour. I was told that it is not contamination and that the product is not fake, but I wasn't given a satisfactory explanation or any batch-specific laboratory evidence to reassure me that the unusual colour is normal and that the product is what it is supposed to be.

I personally would not feel comfortable giving an unusually coloured supplement to my cat without being able to verify its purity and composition.

I am posting this review because other cat owners should be aware of the issue and make their own informed decision. I would be happy to update my review if the company provides independent, batch-specific testing confirming the identity, purity and safety of this particular product.

Brilliant Customer services…

Unfortunately my baby didn't live long enough to recieve the benefits of the product. However customer service (Charlotte) were absolutely brilliant. They were compassionate and zvery understanding. The product was still on route , I received a refund due to my loss. Thank you Charlotte.
