Auch wenn es keine Pflicht ist, so wird man im Allgemeinen von Dienstleistern vor Erneuerung eines Abo informiert, was hier nicht der Fall ist und der reguläre Abo-Preis entspricht ungefähr dem doppelten des Testpreises, was leider nur versteckt auf der Webseite einsehbar ist. Ein Subscription Management ist ebenfalls sehr versteckt und manchmal (zumindest im Web-UI) gar nicht auffindbar.

There rufund policy is strict, be careful before you decide to sign up. An make sure you don't have 2 subscriptions under the one email address when you do, I dint even know I had 2 going u till I got charged and then tried to Dispute the charges. I than found out after that I dint grt my money back becuase the one I thought I only had was cancelled but there was an other subscription open that I was not aware of at all! An they will not refund you at all. If you ask me its not worth it at all.

This company took several chunks of money from my bank without my consent.
Despite waiting 3 weeks as they advised, I still have not recovered this money.
Absolute scam, do not touch!!

Be careful with the subscription model. My plan auto-renewed without a reminder or renewal receipt, and even though I cancelled the same day and didn’t use the service after renewal, they refused to refund it. Support was polite but ultimately not helpful. I wouldn’t subscribe again.

When I signed up, the service promised access to hundreds of stories, but I was only able to access three through the app. I attempted to cancel before the renewal date, but the process was unnecessarily difficult.

After finally completing the cancellation, I reasonably believed my account had been closed. However, I was still charged for a renewal because their system failed to cancel my subscription.

To make matters worse, I received no notification or receipt for the charge—it only came to my attention when it appeared on my bank statement. When I contacted support and explained the situation, they refused to issue a refund, despite the issue clearly being on their end.

Very disappointing experience.
