Tried to do a visa extension and already had an outward bound ticket from this company to fool the Indonesian government but because the flight was in the day if the expired visa they would reject my application. So I had to get a new ticket and this company came through really well. It fooled them again and I got my extension

I bought a ticket and received a PNR that I can not use for the American Airlines flight that I supposedly booked. Therefore it can not be verified and it is useless.
Just spent 14USD and got a useless PDF.

EDIT: His email response was immediate, and solved the problem with no further issues, it gave me a great peace of mind seeing such great customer service. I'll update the review again once I can use the ticket to pass immigration.
