I have NOT received my order YET my credit card has been charged. It’s been over 6 weeks. I think this company scams people!

This website uses art from artists without their permission. Please don’t buy from them since they never paid any artists whatsoever. They say that they are going to remove the artworks but they never do so. Don’t encourage these people who make money on the back of others!

We were skeptical if this was legit after reading the reviews but we decided to roll the dice. I'm glad we did. This company is based out of Hong Kong so don't expect Amazon shipping speed. Our order took about a month to arrive. The canvas appears to be decent quality.

Nearly all the artwork, if not all of it, is being illegally used, the artists were not even asked about usage and are not being paid a penny by this company. They are dishonest about their location and do not respond to emails. They do not have a registered DCMA agent, they are criminals, do not support them. Looks like they are also stealing from buyers as well.

SCAM. I purchased 3 DIY paintings, confirmation email came 1.5hrs after I purchased. Cancellation policy says full refund if you cancel before shipping email is received BUT the Customer Support contact email goes to ERROR and the other email doesn’t get a response. The phone at the top goes to a Google phone mailbox not initialized. I called Mastercard to get refund for fraud but had to send a reply email to the original purchase order email to see if they respond. I got a response 2 days later saying “there is an error in delivering your message, Google will try for 45 more hours”. Then I can call MasterCard back to get a refund.

Not only stealing from artists but also from you payment card!
