They are completely unprofessional to an extent they had promised to deliver my work within 4-6 hours max demanding on full payment at once. The payment was done from my side and they failed to deliver the work. They say they have a 24/7 support, that is totally untrue as I am trying to reach to them for the past 2 hours and there is no response. Not worth it at all, I have a deadline due and this is what they do. Very bad service

All they want you to pay the money than they don't care about what the requirements of the work. They done 100% wrong on my work and asked to change...many emails...phone calls but they keep sending same one. They don't even can not understand about the coursework...I asked them to refund as they haven done even 1% correct but Victor Warren (customer satisfaction) said on an email reply sorry we do whatever necessary for not to happen again, I'm sorry i accept our mistake but we cant refund you because its COMPANY POLICY....scammers...Avoid they only after your money...

they failed to deliver the document requested. The quality of the paper was really low, causing me to fail the module. They are not even good with proofreading their own papers...
After I wanted to claim the money back, they completely refused. After some email exchanged, we agreed, that they will refund around 20% money back (better this than nothing though). After waiting few weeks (over a month), and exchanging emails, they stated, they have some problems sending money back to my paypal account.I proposed issuing Checkque, WesterUnion, or direct Bank transfer as alternative. Eventually yesterday, I have received the final email stating, that they will not refund anything, and can issue a discount for any other future purchase (coming back to day 1, after I found their doc failed). Why would I ever want to use them even again?

They solicited to remove my previous bad review, saying that the refund is on its way. It is not happening. Do not trust them, Scam.
