If I could give the a 0 star I would. Got the insurance paid the deposit then got email after email asking for documentation. They got all the information they requested then come back to me saying my no claims on a van didn’t count as named drivers experience. They then proceeded to try charge me another £1800 on top of what I was paying them being bringing my insurance to over £3000. Not only that when you do cancel you have to wait 45 days for your refund. The company is joke and just scam people to get their deposit then hit you with charges while providing the bare minimum. When 26% of their reviews are 1 stars it should be indicator to stay clear. Would not advise anyone to go with company ever.

If I could leave 0 stars I would , stay away from this company , I was dissatisfied with my policy , paid 370 to start it , my car wasn’t insured and axa had no recollection of me at all , I found it extremely difficult to find someone to help me cancel my policy , they will return to me £300 and here’s the best part , in 45 days time !!! Absolutely unacceptable ! Stay clear of these con artists

I needed to change my address which is…
I needed to change my address which is completely fine but £336.04 for an address change which is only down the road.
I paid it all fine and I get an email to say upload the old certificate of motor insurance within 14 days or my insurance will be cancelled.
As my insurance company you should already have access to my old certificate.
I have checked all correspondence and have proof that my old one for the year 2025-26 was not even emailed to me nor was it sent out.
Last year I had the same problem and I got charged the guts of £500 because one of my documents didn’t meet the criteria and my insurance policy was cancelled so to start this up I had to wait a few weeks then pay the £500 odd.
I am sick of feeling like this is a way to get more money from me!
Not to mention no number to contact them on only a portal which is available Monday to Friday 9-5 they should be having a bit more guidance or maybe an emergency team that work out of office hours to help their customers.
I have emailed and will not be letting this go until it’s been sorted!
Uploaded the old certificate that I recieved but I’m sure I’ll not be too long getting told it was wrong to provide the other one which I don’t even have and didn’t get!!!
Infuriating to deal with in times like these.

By far the worst customer service I…
By far the worst customer service I have ever received. Whilst I was insured by this company, I had to do all of the work. Following this i realised I had a years no claims to use, and when the company learned of this, they tried to then charge me an extra 600 pounds on top of my existing quote?? No claims should reduce the cost right?? Not with this company. This company is an utter joke. I paid then 370 off pounds in total, to then be informed when I cancelled that I was only entitled to 101 back and that the remaining minus the cancellation charge had gone to someone's commission, when I did all the work...outrageous, I could never ever express my disgusting I want my 234 after cancellation fee of 40 and the monthly cost. Apparently I have to wait 45 days for the 101 they did offer me, a refund as standard takes 3 to 5 working days. Quick enough to take your money but not to pay it back. Never ever use this company

Straightforward to renew
Straightforward to renew, and was contacted beforehand by phone. Still good value. Only downside was that the "optional" £1 donation to Action Cancer was not obvious, as it was way down below the oayment button. I initially thought it was a credit card charge.

Well insurance has gone up!! Got quotes from other companies, phoned Get Set Go, although they couldn't match quote, they did give a new quote 😉 which I went with as they are a great company to be with and they make sure you get the right cover for your needs.

Disgusting charges.
I rate this company very low and any company that punishes the poor/needy for not being able to buy their insurance outright by charging an extra 400/500 quid for the year. Disgusting, No matter how easy it was to do.

Absolutely horrible insurance company. Offered us a quote last night then we phoned this morning to confirm and they said they couldn’t offer us it or any reason why? Ridiculous stay well away from these scamming frauds.
