Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, great communication, Klara in particular made sure to follow up in line with expectations set, and was extremely friendly and jovial which made it the whole experience anything but stressful.

Excellent customer service
I have been ordering various tests from GetTested for 2 years and would recommend this company to others. My results are graphed and easy to read which I can download. You do have to wait for results and patience isnt one of my virtues but the wait is worth it. The customer service is excellent, with a special mention to Klara. Thanks again for all your help and I will be ordering another test soon.

Everything worked well and was understandable. there is no comparison between blind experiments with vitamins and knowing exactly what do i need to supplement and how much.

Tarmkollen mega has been very useful
It has been very useful the PCR in Tarmkollen mega to find out which infection my 10 year old soon had that they didn't find in the hospital. He has intermitent diarrea since summer 2024. They did just check in the hospital with microscope a few different pathogens. Now we know that he has high calprotectin, high IgA and Alfa-1 antitrypsin.

After not registering my test with get tested I did not receive my results so I got in touch with their support team who were very helpful and very quickly sent me out a replacement

Got the 8-1 std test kit
Got the 8-1 std test kit. on this kit it shows 4 stds per side of the test strip. 4 of them came up as positive leading me to go and get two lab tests at two different companies. Both came back negative for all std’s this home kit costs £80 and doesn’t give accurate results. Do not waste your money go direct to a lab test. I also wasn’t given the option to review the product on the get tested site. On the Amazon reviews for this product all reviews are done by people who were sent the product for free.

A faint line on the test strip usually indicates a borderline result, not a positive result. This can happen and is why we recommend retesting in such cases. If you received a positive result for 4 tests, it sounds like you might have seen a borderline reading, which would require retesting to confirm.

I've used the company maybe 5/6 times…
I've used the company maybe 5/6 times now for a few different types of tests over the past year.
The instructions for each home test are clear and easy to follow, their online dashboard to receive results is very good, you get text and email updates for when it's been received/processed/completed and the customer service was good too. The results are detailed as well and it denotes your result vs. what the normal ranges are.
Overall I'm pretty happy with it, although once or twice I've had to wait a little bit longer for results than is advertised on the website.
Other than that it's a very good service and I'll continue to use them when I need to.

awful results times
Although I have followed all instructions and posted the tests in the correct days, the company still analysing the results of simple blood tests that usually would take hours to be published.
Please don't blame posting issues, this is just the way the company decided to delay the results while pestering customers with offers of additional tests via email. It would be quicker and cheaper walking in into any clinic. don't fall into this trap.

All samples are analyzed in ISO-certified laboratories that operate under the same standards as hospital laboratories. Each test is processed in the order it arrives, and every sample is handled with the utmost care.
Testing takes time because it involves multiple incubation, culturing, and validation steps (depending on the type of test) to ensure accuracy and reliability. We prefer to take the necessary time to deliver results we fully trust, rather than rushing and compromising quality. All results are also manually reviewed before release. 😊🔬
These are standard turnaround times within healthcare. Since we use laboratories with the same level of quality and standards as hospital labs, the processing time is naturally comparable.
From the day your sample is received by us, tests take approximately 10–15 business days. This timeframe is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase, and it reflects the service included with the test.
If your analysis has exceeded this timeframe, you are very welcome to contact us so we can look into it for you. We truly appreciate that you carefully followed all instructions, and we understand that waiting for results can feel frustrating. Our priority is always accuracy and reliability. 💙

A very happy customer
This is the second time I have used Get Tested and their customer service has been excellent.
I ordered some tests, then decided I wanted them to arrive sooner than the standard delivery service. It was too late to change that order, so I ordered again and customer service were quick to send me a return label for the later package so I could receive a refund. Unfortunately Royal Mail never delivered the parcel (not Get Tested's fault). Customer service arranged for a refund despite not having the package back.
I have always found their test instructions easy to follow and everything needed is provided.
I am so glad I can order private tests to suit me as the NHS just doesn't have the funding to allow for these extra tests. Thank you Get Tested !
