We bought tickets for the World Cup, but there are no tickets, no one is answering, no refund, it's a disgrace!

I ordered and paid for five tickets to the Metallica concert and received an order confirmation. However, three days before the concert, the order status was suddenly changed to “cancelled” without any explanation. I contacted them multiple times via WhatsApp and email but never received any response.
Two days after the cancellation, our bank informed us that the payment would be refunded, and we received the money back within another two days.
I would not recommend using this site, as you may end up paying for something you never actually receive.

Absolute scammers. Ordered my tickets for Metallica in Bucharest. Made the order one year ago, today I traveled 500km to Bucharest, just to receive a message that they can't provide the tickets. Complete amateurs, clueless support, useless whatsapp channel. Stay away from these inbeciles.

Absolute scammers. We bought 5 tickets for the Metallica concert in Romania on May 13 and paid for them in full. Five days before the concert, we suddenly received an email saying that our order had been cancelled because it was supposedly unpaid.

After we sent them screenshots of the payment confirmation and even their own confirmation email from a year ago, they told us they would refund the money within 3–5 days.

Do not buy tickets from them. Ever.

I bought a ticket for the Metallica concert and I didn't receive it. This site should be blocked. Is no one seeing me? It's a scam.

We are a small group going to Metallica gig in Athens in a week. We purchased and paid for tickets about the same time when they came for sale = some time ago last year. Booked hotels, flights, took time off. And now, these ’professional ticket dealers’ informed us last night, without explanation, that our booking has been canceled and money will be returned. We’ll see. Maybe selling prices are higher now, make a good profit selling tickets that were reserved with our money. Will I use these guys again? Any guesses?

I do not recommend purchasing from this website unless you are fully aware of the risks.

I had a very frustrating experience with customer support.

My account remained unapproved for over a month, despite being told it would take 24–48 hours. Because of this, I was unable to use the resale service as intended.

After multiple follow-ups (often without response), the company decided to issue a full refund for the entire order, even though I clearly requested a refund for only one ticket.

This decision affected other people in the booking, as the remaining tickets were cancelled without proper resolution. Shortly after, the same tickets were relisted at a higher price.

The handling of the situation was poor and the lack of timely communication made things unnecessarily stressful.

I hope the company improves its support response times and handles similar situations more fairly in the future.

Can't fault the customer service. Reply straight away. Adressed my concerns and in one case due to unusual circumstances, when I asked for a refund, they agreed and got the payment reversed immediately.

I liked very much Bocelli.I disliked the organization.It's unacceptable that we all had to wait for the orchestra in the queue due to the slowness and disorganization in the VIP parking. That issue has to be solved in future events for the respect of the public and the punctuality of the concert. Not Get365tickets fault though but the organisors.
