Huge disappointment and apparent they don't know what they're doing. Stay away.

I onboarded and needed help . No on answered the phone or answered emails until I threatened FTC action and Better Business bureau, I needed help and no one answers the phone. Just this week they are saying schedule a call. back. This is new. I just want my money $12,500 back because the service is not what is expected. They are not providing the time and education needed to learn the system. I asked for money back and they are stalling. I could never get help and I am not confident in this system. They stalled until my 60 days before refund was up. Refusing to give my money back so I must get an attorney.

I tried it for 1 month and their "professional-level trading" amounted to a loss of nearly 18%. Zero wins!
Aside from the performance not being anywhere near of what they promote, it is not even anywhere near profitable. The company itself seems to be a scam as well, seeing how I have been trying to get a hold of people to act on the "money back guarantee". Crickets. Don't trust anyone there... I did some research on my sales-rep (I know, I should have done that beforehand), and it turns out that he has another company for "healthy lifestyle products" in Eagle, ID... they are currently subject of a 60 day notice for a lawsuit, based on the fact that their "organic" products are laced with lead without proper warning. Go figure.

I've known Gerardo for about 10 years through our YPO chapter and wanted to drop a review because I keep seeing people question if this is legit.
Look, I've watched this guy build and scale multiple companies. He's not some random internet marketer who woke up one day and decided to sell a trading bot. He's a serious entrepreneur with actual exits, actual investor backing (Y Combinator doesn't fund clowns), and a reputation he's spent decades building.
The Gerardo I know doesn't do sketchy stuff. Period. If he's putting his name on something, it's because he believes in it and it's built right.
I've seen too many of my friends lose money to trading scams run by people with zero business credentials. If you're going to trust someone with your money, trust someone who's actually built real businesses and has skin in the game.
Just my two cents as someone who's seen him operate for years.

Just wrapped my first 30 days with VKNG. Made 3.2% which honestly isn't gonna make me quit my day job or anything.
The thing is, I'm in a couple trading Discord servers and watching people post their September bloodbath screenshots. Multiple guys running other bots literally got wiped out this month. One dude I know lost 40% in like 3 days when his ""proven system"" decided to martingale into oblivion.
Meanwhile I'm over here with my boring 3% gain like 🤷‍♂️

It's not sexy. VKNG isn't gonna make you a millionaire overnight. But my account is green and intact, which is more than I can say for most of the people chasing those ""make 20% per month"" systems.
Guess I'm finally learning that slow and steady actually beats getting rekt every other month lol.
