Don't buy from this company. I waited 3 weeks for it to arrive since it went from OH to CT to CA to IN before it got to Maine. I ordered a Small but guess what? A small is actually an "international" XL - it is huge!!!! Not even close to a small. Company said I can send it back for a refund but I have to pay shipping. How do they get away with selling an XL as a small?

I’ve been receiving spam emails for Voltex vests daily for the past week from very obvious fake email accounts (Anticlimactic@reliefforpain,

xplb-8e690@hotmail, etc.)

Use caution when buying anything from suspicious looking emails.

I ordered a vest in plenty of time for Christmas and still no vest. I even paid for expedited shipping. The vest is stuck in “shipping” status and the shipper site says it has not been received. We leave tomorrow for our holiday - I guess I am making a card for the gift.

I tried my Voltex heated vest as soon as it charged up. It only had heat across the shoulders. I had it on the highest setting and after about thirty minutes I didn't even notice it. I was wearing it with my winter jacket. I had to return it as I wanted a vest that would heat all over not just the shoulders. I called their customer support, and I got the details of how to send it back.

I don’t even give this best one star! It took a month and 7 days to receive this item. I ordered it got email it was on back order, then another saying partial shipment sent. Received power pack, then after a month I emailed company, they told me I received it. Sent via email their emails. Finally I called company they were going to send 2nd vest, I didn’t even receive the first one. (Pretty sure the were going to stiff me for just power pack) I was told it would take 7-10 business days. I received one, my husband wore it 2 times and worked well. Then it quit working. Also has 2 areas the vest ripped at seems. Followed instructions again still not working! We went out and bought Milwaukee heated vest. I’d return it but feel it would be a waste of time going down dead end road. This vest is not worth a penny! I was ripped off!

These vests are made poorly, there is no quality to them at all. incomplete hems, poor workmanship, basically garbage. No real customer service. Amazon should cease listing their items.

This company is terrible. I ordered a vest on 11/25/24 and their tracking process said it should be delivered in 3-5 days. The first arrival date I received was 12/6, then 12/7, then 12/8 and now it's 12/9. I checked the tracking it said it was delivered on 12/6, Woodbury, NJ. I live in CT. Then tracking said it was delivered to Las Vegas. I called them and they had no idea where my order was. I tried to cancel the order right then but they said I needed to wait to receive the vest. It's going back, IF I ever get it.

Cheap product. Avoid buying this vest at all cost. Also the day after my bank card was trying to be used. Had to cancel my card and get another one. Can’t say it was them but sure seems fishy to me. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

This the worst product possible. Voltex probably wrote their own reviews on their website. First of all it took forever to get them after the order. Customer service is best described as “disservice”. The vest is garbage. Poorly constructed .Zipper does not work. Worst of all the battery last 10 minutes. Stay away from this vest and company. Bad news.

It works. Received today. Size chart is wrong. Get one size larger. If you look up reviews on your own there are many fake reviews. If I want to return it I have to pay shipping in original package and they will charge me for their shipping and deduct from price of vest.Very well written return policy to mislead consumer. I've tried to zip it.. cheapest plastic zipper I have ever seen.
They got me! I wish Trustpilot could post reviews next to all the fake ones. This vest is like buying a Fiat that no one wants. Just for less money. I don't want to even deal with Voltex to return it. By the way, I called them and they didn't return my call

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! 11/2024 We order 2 heated vest and bottery power paks and they didn’t work. We got 2 replacement heated vest and they did not work either. 12/2/2024, we sent them back as requested in their returns email and they only refunded us part of our total cost. SCAM! You can’t leave a review on their site, at least I can’t find out how to leave one. My opinion, their reviews shown are FAKE.

Numerous times I've unsubscribed to their unsolicited emails. So far in ONE day they've sent 5 emails.
Now it's verging on stalking.

bought 3 vests none of them work i believe this is a scam

Voltex is complete junk.Somehow it got good reviews so I bought three the largest dosent even come close too xxl.I paid for three power sources I got one it takes nearly 30 mins for it too even get warm on the highest setting.The battery loses 25% on high every 30 min.Also took three weeks to arrive.

We ordered vest 12.1 we received tracking however; label created but did not ship for weeks. Product received 12.28. Vest only heated in collar we spent days trying to contact customer service. We were advised we had to ship defective product back and once we provided tracking a replacement would be sent. This was a lie as once we provided the tracking then we were advised no replacement until they received defect product. Then came back and ask if we wanted same size. Obviously we did as we did not get to even utilize the product. Here we are 6 weeks later out 69 dollars for vest plus another 10.50 to mail defective back and we have nothing. Wrong on all accounts.

Its a scam. Be very careful. It does not reduce your bills. The socket it is plugged into becomes very black due to the hrat it gives out. Definitely a fire hazard !

I have PHD in Electricity/Engineering and have a science background with over 35 years experience of all sorts of electrical science background, I was given these devices by a friend to take apart and it’s nothing more than a silly low voltage LED light nothing more!!

This 'device' is nothing more than a LED light!! Please do NOT buy it, it’s companies like this that prey on the vulnerability of peoples nativity!!. NOTHING will affect the power flowing through your electricity meter and ANYTHING plugged in after the meter will only add to your power consumption thereafter, obviously there has been many attempts to stabilise current in experiments which cost thousands at the moment and used in huge reactors etc, this device does NOTHING!! to reduce your bill!! The only thing that will help is solar and that isn’t at its best right now, it’s getting better as technology grows.

Don’t be fooled by fake reviews on their websites they are all fake and made up by these scammers!! Do your research and when something is to good to be true it usually is!!

The advert and the device is a total fraud.
Its just a LED light. Its actually uses electricity.
There are many similar devices, but they are all a total fraud made cheaply for a big profit.
