Our gfiber internet is very solid. I thought I would have to use ethernet with my console but wifi alone does the job. We can’t complain. Mohammad and Ashton are great reps. Thanks!

I've had an account with them for 10+ years. Paid $750 for an annual contract less than a month ago and now allegedly my account doesn't exist. So they can't give me a refund for an account that doesn't exist. Nor will they fix my service when there is an issue.

Ashton was awesome helping me get signed up and connected with GFiber. The price never changes, and never has any added on charges. Service visits and equipment are also free of charge. Big fan of Ashton and GFiber!

Gfiber is the worst broadband I have had since 30 years ago with Road Runner. Runs as slow as 1/4th of the advertised 1Gig speed. OFTEN outages. Support is rude

I used to be GFiber's biggest proponent. Then this weekend happened. I was down (no internet) from Wednesday through Saturday afternoon. When I forced the issue, a supervisor sent a technician out Saturday afternoon with a new jack, router, and mesh devices. During my repeated calls, I asked if my jack could be moved. I was told yes, and presumably because of the problems I was having, Google Fiber would cover the cost. I just got off the phone with a GFiber representative who informed me that moving the jack is not something management will approve. Congratulations, GFiber, you've lost your biggest advocate, and I will do whatever I can to make sure I don't ever have to call GFiber as a customer again.
