They are pethetic

They are pethetic, they should never be a courier service, you call all day and they never abswe thier phones and they never know where your parcels are, and then also I have heard they steal your parcels as well,
They need to be closed down completely they are a discrase to other courier companies

The GFS express poor service company

First the dilivery came 15 days late then the day they should have came with. Then GFS express whatspp sent me a different code then the one which was sent to the dilivery guy. When he arrived the collection pin did not match and the driver was rude. When I try to contact the GFS express they said they will reschedule my order but the order never came even now.

Comically incompetent

What can I say that hasn’t already been said.

This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service ever. No communication, agents are conveniently always busy when you call their customer support. I’ve been waiting well over a week for my package after this useless service failed to deliver it 3 times.

As of today it is out for delivery AGAIN and I have very little faith that it will get to me today or tomorrow or even next week. It BLOWS MY MIND that this courier is still operating despite constantly failing to deliver on the bare minimum.

They don’t even deserve the one star. My order has been showing it’s out for delivery for days now! Then I am told that the driver failed to delivery cause I didn’t answer my call. However, no one tried calling me! GFS Express has by far been the worst ever since I started using Temu!

The delivery guy has no brain

It is truly pathetic

It is truly pathetic. I have now received for 3 days that my parcel will be delivered, but nothing. And what company have a webpage like that. Have absolutely no idea why Temu is using them.

First experience with GFS Express

After reading all the negative reviews, I expected my package (purchased from Temu) to never arrive or a month late. I received a WhatsApp message (included with an OTP number) from GFS Express last night saying that it will be delivered the next day.

I am happy to say that GFS Express stopped by my place early this morning and delivered it on time (same date as Temu said) and in great condition. I had to give them an OTP number to prove that it's my package. First time using GFS Express and I've got no complaints (not at this stage).

One of the worst logistics companies…

One of the worst logistics companies I’ve dealt with. Their customer service is a nightmar, getting through to someone is a struggle, and none of the team can give clear answers or escalate you to a manager. It took me an entire week and multiple calls to try to resolve my issue, and the experience was extremely frustrating. I kept hearing the same promise that my delivery would arrive “tomorrow,” but it never did, and even when I was told the issue was raised, there was still no update.

On top of that, I sometimes heard a baby crying in the background during calls, and at times the line would just go silent for no reason, which made the whole process even more confusing. Overall, very disappointing experience.

This company is unreliable,and…

This company is unreliable,and unproffesional.i recently suppose to get a package delivery with them,the delivery guy delivers to my neighbor without calling me first or consenting with me.i go on my temu app i see my package is delivered i contact temu customer service and explain that package has not being recieved yet mind you at that time i didn't know the delivery made a mistake and delivered to one of my neighbors that was friday 20/03/26 on sunday i recieved a call from the delivery guy stating that my package was successful delivery i explain to the guy that i didn't recieve any phone call or package just saw the delivery notice on my email and temu app,he state that he went to a house while i stay in a flat and gave it to a guy name andrew and he hanged up on me,i didnt know who this andrew guy was because i dont know all my neighbors,that same Sunday noon i decided to go around and started asking for a guy named andrew no luck,monday morning i told myself to try again luckly i end up finding andrew 's apartment just for the couple to tell me that my package was taken back by the delivery guy early morning,i go back on my log call try contancting the guy the phone rings and rings no respond,i go on WhatsApp leave multiple messages no response ,i tried contacting GFS no response as well today is Tuesday and still no response or update from the logistic nor the delivery guy.this experience is painful and unpleasant.mind you i didnt only pay the purchase fees charge by temu,i had to pay customs duties and overnight border fees as well

My parcel out for delivery since Monday…

My parcel out for delivery since Monday 9/3/2026 driver even called and say they delivering on that day nothing arrive even the call center is no help and there business communication is via What App I give this GFS company a negative 5 review for poor service.They should consider rather working in Parlement where they deliver poor service.

The shipping company is extremely bad

The shipping company is extremely bad. My shipment has already arrived in Kuwait, but the delivery driver only called me once. When I contacted him back, he said he had already left and could not return.

More than 2 weeks and I still have not received my package. There are no phone numbers or any way to contact the shipping company. There is only one phone number available, but it is impossible to reach anyone through it.

I hope Temu will stop dealing with this type of shipping company. As a customer, it is my right to receive my shipment on time, just as the payment was made on time.
