Order never arrived since December 2022 it has been over a year now and gfuel support doesn't take responsibility and neither provided shipment tracking for the order.
Got scammed and they won't respond to support tickets anymore.

UPDATE: Support contacted me and resolved the issue

Stupid Canada delivery service. Like really.. I get it, it's complicated outside the us and they got a lot of orders recently.. but it's been a week since I did my order and it didn't even left the warehouse.. It's truly sad, since I bought gfuel locally and know how good these guys are. But they really need to step up their delivery transparency and their speed when it comes to pack stuff up. I'm not asking amazon prime delivery speed, just a better service for delivery.

happy with the general taste and all the products, however i find their bottles quite frustrating. Bought two bottles in addition to 2 tubs, one bottle had a defect that made it unusable, and other one leaks. Contacted costumer support months ago, and they still dont have an additional cup to send me to replace the defected one.

Removing sssniperwolf is your biggest mistake means you support jacksfilms and he causes mental health as he is harrasing sssniperwolf all the time

Gfuel sent me a total of three containers that the absorbent packs were broken inside. They refused to replace them unless I “sent footage” when I reported the issue with two of the hydration tubs. I opened the other two main gfuel tubs I bought and one of them also had a pack that was spilling into the tub. (I bought 6 hydrations & 3 energy tubs in two separate orders) they refused to “because it was out of the acceptable timeframe”!

Either Gfuel is encouraging costumers to consume more then a healthy amount per day, or is encouraging customers to buy in bulk so that when there is an issue down the line they don’t have to be responsible for the product. This sounds like something the FTC should be investigating.

Placed an order spent about $140, Asked to swap one of the items with the by one get one free. Was told I cant because of the difference in price of $2.... thing is the by one get one free would of covered that as i had something the same price. In a demo order it worked fine at the same price. I told them to just keep order as it is. 2 weeks later im wondering why its not shipped with in the 10 days they state. I contact them to be told they put my order on hold. It took over 20 days to dispatch. I often order from china and they dispatch and ship to the UK faster then they can put a few tubs in to a box and pass it to a courier.

Keep in mind the mark up on the product is huge. its caffeine squash. The price tag is super premium when it cost so little all to make. You would expect the service to be outstanding for the price as the product barely is able to lift its self

Their customer service is abhorrent crap. If you buy a-lot of items on their 2 for 1 deal (say 4 tubs) saving you 70$ they will ship the item out but they also request that the shipping company not hold the item meaning if you “miss” the first delivery (or the stupid delivery driver just skips your stop and marks it as attempted) it immediately gets sent back to the shipper, they l then, when reaching out to the company they said they can’t honor the deal so i can accept a refund or nothing at all…. My choice….

I honestly have to say.
I drink gfuel only 1 or 2 times a day (which is reccomended) and everytime i drink it i feel more productive and happier. When i bought my first tub i didnt really enjoy it but it has grown on me and honestly helped me in many situations like getting work done and getting that extra focus in FPS games. I make music and when i take a drink of Gfuel my mind opens up to more ideas. I reccomend for people who has problems executing ideas and for people who wants the extra bit of focus for your games. This stuff gives you that 3 am motivation on a regular tuesday afternoon

If I could leave a 0 star review...ordered in April 2023. No sign of my order July 2023. Have emailed and called a dozen times with no response. My next move is to file a claim with my bank to refund my payment. Brutal.

Pretty decent, flavour was good, nice to drink whilst streaming

Placed my first order on the 17th April (GF6072446) for two tubs of GFuel. I hadn't received anything in the post I emailed on the 29th April, 3rd May and 19th May for any updates or details and then finally requesting a refund and I still haven't heard back.

Do not order from here, get your energy drinks elsewhere. I was only patiently waiting due to be an UK resident, I was left sorely disappointed.

I have been searching for an energy drink that is budget-friendly, tastes good, and is appealing.
G Fuel has all three if you consider their BOGO sales.

Budget-friendly - it's cheaper if you wait for BOGO deals. 2 for the price of one... can't beat that but really... how can you sell it that cheap? The only way I will pay full price is for their collector's boxes but other than that. BOGO only when I buy.

Tastes good - I have tried a few flavors, around 6. My favorite is sage mode. the flavor FAZE 51 was really bad. Didn't taste like what the description said.

Appealing - their marketing is way too good. collaborations with games, anime, and content creators. Esports sponsor. they got it in the bag with this one.

Final verdict - I am still searching for something more... This isn't giving me what I wanted. I went a day without G Fuel and drank coffee... I felt more energized with coffee than the G Fuel... I drink 2 scoops of GF normally. The coffee was an 18 oz drink. should be comparable. with little research I did, maybe natural caffeine hits differently than other forms. I still drink G Fuel because I have quite a few jugs left but I think I am going to move on to try a different brand.

Company is horrible. First time ordering. It's been two weeks and my order still hasn't been fulfilled. It's not a pre-order or anything like that. Sent multiple emails and have only gotten auto bot replies. I've opened a report with PayPal since the company refused to communicate.

Love the flavors, the looks, the designs. What I don't love, pre ordering items and having to wait extra months after release because they took more orders than they can handle, what I don't love? All the discounts they give you for the many many faults on their end ONLY works for more tubs or kits, no other merchandise. Sometimes people have enough tubs and would like other product.

I ordered from this company and followed the tracking. It was updated as being delivered to my city, and then "Out for Delivery." Then 10 days went by and it hasn't been updated since. When an item is "Out for Delivery" from the local depot, it is always same day or next day delivered. It is clearly missing now, but G-Fuel support won't do anything to contact the courier.
