I was confused about ordering my Matt. The design picture did not match what I ordered. Very cheap runner arrived. Not what I wanted. These are not custom made. No refunds or returns were allowed. So, they took my money and ran also. I should have checked their rating before ordering.

not happy at all / ordered for Golf Gti MK7 and its not fitting good for the price
and the colors not beautiful like the fotos

When I put in the text for embroidery on my Equinox floor mats, it appeared the text was very near the bottom of mat almost under the seat. So I called prior to submitting the order and the lady insured me that the text would be in the middle of the mats. Well, you guessed it ....... the text is at the bottom of the mats. When you open the car door 80% of text is visible. Once you sit down it cannot be seen. She lied to me just to make a sale.

Do not buy anything from this deceptive company. Mats do not fit the vehicle. Mats are rather cheap K Mart quality.
These people need to be sued out of business.

Received the Order which the Color was Wrong, I ordered Red Oriental floor mats front and rear. I Received Black floor mats .
The mats did not in any way fit the intended vehicle. I managed to reach Customer Service by Phone I was advised to send Photos which I did .I received confirmation that the photos of the mats had been received and a supervisor had need notified and they would be getting mats to me.
Then Silence,no emails no calls.
Very disappointed with GGBailey especially since 4 years ago it was stellar NOT ANYMORE.

Mats don't fit. Poor quality. Poor customer service/satisfaction. DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Won't even be able to sell these new in the box. Could buy these at Dollar General for 90% less.

Avoid their Coco Mats like the plague. Mine started to fall apart in less than a year and the co.could care less! 177 bucks down the drain.

I ordered front mats on 4/29/23 and have not received them, on that date they received payment. I have left several phone messages and emails with no response.
Buyer Beware!!

I purchased a nice set of floor mats for my Jeep. They sent the wrong size and I questioned them about my order. They came back and told me they didn’t have a model for my floor mats. They asked me to send them drawings of my floor mats. I spent nearly 3 hours measuring and going back and forth to my garage. I sent them my drawings and they sent only the rear mats. They didn’t fit either, but asked me a question and I told them incorrectly and they did what I asked. So I told them I would keep them since I was somewhat to blame. I also inquired about my front mats and haven’t heard back after 3 or so E-Mails. I guess they’re tired of fooling with me. I paid over $250 for the floor mats and certainly expected more from GGBailey. Very disappointed!
Would not recommend them!

UPDATE: The wrong mats were sent, grommets on all mats (even 2 rear pax) not compatible and the cargo mat suggested does not fit 2015 M-B S550 SEDAN. Sara were easy to work with, tried to have engineers resolve... when they could not, refund issued. Changed 2 star to 4 star because customer service was good.
I rec'd my "custom" leopard mats 12/17/21. The mats were dirty, border stitching on corners splitting, one grommet fitting was off of the rug and was in shipping box bottom and the bottom of mats were full of dirt with whitish beige fibers all over back. THEY APPEARED USED!
The cargo mat size suggested for my car was too narrow. The mats do NOT appear custom for this car!
I immediately called at approx 1530 CST and the phone rang off the hook. I am glad I used PAYPAL. Will update!

GGBailey makes personalized car mats. I have ordered 3 sets of these mats before and was generally pleased until this last time in July of 2021. I clearly requested all capital letters in my monogram on these expensive mats, but received two lower case initials and one capital initial in the monogram of my middle name. I pointed this out to customer service and after several back and forth emails, was told there was nothing they were willing to do. There was no attempt to correct their mistake to my surprise. Reputable companies correct their mistakes and make sure their repeat customers return again, but not GGBAILEY. I'm letting my friends know about this treatment so they won't get ripped off by this company. The mats attract attention but I make sure people know that the current car mats received were not what I ordered. Customer service should be more than a straw department so I wish to inform all to buy from a company that backs its products and doesn't mislead its customers. Caveat Emptor.
