i recently placed an order on with this website for peptides and my package arrived in about three days, just within the time frame that they promise. Used the company for a previous order and received the tracking # within 48 hrs as advertised and received the product promptly 3 days later . Second order didn't go so well , after 5 days of no tracking # contacted them , received a tracking # that turns out was for a package that was delivered to Calgary , Alberta . I'm in Ontario , so tried contacting them multiple times via email and their messaging icon on their website . After about a week of being ignored I was finally contacted and assured they weren't a scam company and that they acknowledged the mistake and I would be sent a new tracking # . This was 2 weeks ago and now and am back to having multiple messages ignored completely. The "customer service" is absolutely horrendous and leaves with with serious doubts about the initial order I received as there is a strong possibility it is counterfeit as the company does seem to be a scam company. As it stands they have taken $168 and have no intention of either refunding the money or sending the order. I strongly recommend not to deal with this company.
