I am very surprised about this company. The first time I won, there was a man who called, and so happy for me that I had won. As if it was a lot of money, it was 5 pounds. on euromillions.
He asked me if he could invest my money in something else, strange and very suspicious.
I have not used it since, think I just need the 5 pounds back, to my bank.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to warn others about my personal experience with GiantLottos.

My experience started off positively with constant call trying to get you to buy something, but it quickly became frustrating. Throughout my time using the platform, I received frequent emails encouraging me to purchase additional lottery bundles and packages, often promoting them as offering “guaranteed” or improved chances of winning. In my experience, these promotions created expectations that were never reflected in the actual returns. Even when I did win, the prizes were nowhere near what the promotional material seemed to imply.

It felt like I was constantly being encouraged to spend more money by purchasing additional bundles rather than simply enjoying the service. Looking back, I regret doing so.

The most disappointing part, however, has been trying to withdraw my winnings.

I requested a withdrawal of my funds almost 6 weeks ago and, despite providing every document requested for verification, my withdrawal has still not been processed.

Over the past few weeks, I have repeatedly contacted customer support and my account manager, Rowen Ocktober, seeking updates. I also spoke with one of the managers, who confirmed that all my verification documents had been received and assured me that my withdrawal would be processed on 30 June, with the funds expected to reach my account within 24 hours.

That promise was never fulfilled.

Since then, I have continued chasing the company for answers but have received little to no meaningful communication explaining why my withdrawal has still not been completed. Having to repeatedly contact a company just to access your own money is unacceptable.

My funds were deposited legitimately using my own payment card, and I fully complied with every verification request. If there is a genuine issue preventing payment, I would expect the company to communicate that clearly instead of leaving customers waiting indefinitely.

My experience has been that depositing money was straightforward, but withdrawing it has been a completely different story.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform. I will continue to pursue the release of my funds through the appropriate channels, and once this matter has been resolved, I will be closing my account permanently.

I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before using GiantLottos.

I made a deposit of 8.25 euros into the account provided by Giant Lottos, and they credited it with 1 euro.
I've sent dozens of emails asking for explanations and no one has responded.
They disappeared with 7.25 euros of mine.

Someone please help me, this is a strange, unreliable company. Here in Brazil, this is called robbery.

I joined the Website to buy some Lotto easily from Home. But you get contacted about packages and stuff nonstop, borderline harassment.

I wanted to just close my account and get the money I had there back. They never gave it to me.

In the end I put in 3000€ and they stole what little I made back.

Scamming people with withdrawal minimums, citing “expensive international transfer costs”. Lads, this argument is about 10 years late. SEPA is free, and you can use crypto, which is not frowned upon anymore. Crooks

They are annoying — they call constantly and do not act on repeated requests to unsubscribe from all their lists. The experience is similar to email spam.
Do not sign up, its not a professional service.
The process for withdrawing your winnings is unclear to not say impossible if it less than 30 euro!

This company sends me emails constantly. When you click to unsubscribe it takes you to their website and does nothing. I have contacted their customer service countless times over the past year. Not once have they replied. Not once have they removed my email from their email list. Never trust them! When you can't unsubscribe easily that's your first red flag! Good companies care about their reputation and customer service. Trust me! If not, you'll be back here making complaints, and probably after you've been scammed.

GiantLottos is a fraudulent company. They should be in jail.
They hide their corporate address and falsely claim to be based in London — a complete lie.
They conceal their IP information and host their website in the Caribbean.
Their social media profiles are fake, with very few posts and almost no followers.
It is an organization run by scammers.

Worked fine to make the initial purchase of power ball. but then called several times to rry and hard sell me buying £50 of tickets, to get some bonus credit. when I said no thanks, they just hung up on me. so for that one star and I've asked for my account to be deleted I don't want anything to do with a company that treat customers like that .

First you'll notice that they are not regulated by any commission. If you are lucky enough to win some money they will make it nigh impossible and make every excuse to not give you your winnings. I suspect this company to be a scam.

Giantlottos is a cool site. I'm not a fan of the new look though

They continue with phoning you from England, Uganda, Eritrea, etc.
I blocked them everywhere it is rest shit

They have once charged my card without approval.
They call continuously through new numbers, new names, and are very pushy
A real nuisance.
They violated data protection laws

Once you provide your details, they will call you to purchase more and offer you a bonus. Then they will call you again. You tell them not to call anymore, and they call you again. You block the number, and they call you from a different number. You tell them not to call. They will call you. Big-time scammers.

A total scam. They call and call from very unusual numbers.
They are very convincing and everyone of them are senior executives.
Do not send them your money. How they can still function is unbelievable

Don't waste your money, the money back gauntee is bs, they will not do that at all. They tell you anything to get your money for there private drawings are bs for tickets. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM
