They not only did not send out the gift I ordered I kept getting emails saying they could not send out the order until they spoke to me as there was a problem taking payment. They DID take payment but did not deliver any gift despite the order being cancelled both by me and by them. Huge disappointment and embarrassment to the person whose b'day it was. I ordered a gift basket on May 8th and was told that it would be delivered by May 11th. As of today, May 13th, the item has still not been delivered. Called customer service and they could only tell me that the item would be delivered by May 14th. No explanation of why the delay. I ordered a mother's day gift for my grandmother and paid for overnight shipping. The gift still has not arrived after 2 days and is late. My grandmother did not receive her gift as promised. I reached out to support for a refund and they only gave me 20% which isn't even enough to cover for the overnight shipping that I pad for. Will never purchase from this company ever again.

Not very happy
Not very happy. I thought I was ordering from Shari's Berries, because we had them a few months ago and LOVED them. These are mediocre by comparison. The strawberries are not as ripe, and the flavor is just O.K.

I bought a Next Day basket gift that supposed to be delivered today 29th February.
Since I got an email with the confirmation of the payment I haven’t received any updates regarding my order so I called them today and just found out that my order supposed to be delivered tomorrow.
The birthday is TODAY not TOMORROW.
What on earth I’ll hire a next day delivery in this case?

The recipient is already going to be feeling better by the time this gift frigging arrives! I sent an email enquiring about the 3 day delivery (now saying it will be delivered on Wednesday - 3 days later).
Here's the reply... By the way, this was ordered Feb. 25th for delivery Feb. 26th. They're saying it will be delivered by Feb. 28th. REFUND MY EXPEDITED SHIPPING FEES THEN!

Note to self and note to anyone considering this company for a gift... think again. Unless you're amenable to their shipping deception of Tuesday to Friday only, do not use if you need next day or 2 day delivery. And certainly don't opt to pay for expedited shipping!

I have seen similar reviews. Ordered Sunday for Wednesday delivery. Package not even close to being delivered. Customer service acted as if it was my fault. Will never use again and ship things all the time as my spouse works on the road extensively. They didnt even make an effort to resolve.

Ordered on a Monday for a Wednesday delivery for Valentine's Day. Paid $19.99 for 2 day delivery. Today is Wednesday and the tracking number only says "label has been created". Why would I want something FOR Valentine's Day delivered AFTER Valentine's Day? I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They offered me a 30% refund. That won't even cover the cost of the shipping. Customer service is honestly no help at all. Never again.

The ordering and paying process went well. Unfortunately the failure can when I received a phone call saying my order could not be filled. After the website showing my area had someone to fill the order, I received a phone call stating that the place that was to prepare and deliver the fruit basket did not have fruit and could not fill the order. The caller then wanted to give me a 50% refund. I say no way, I want a full refund and complete refund of the product cost and charges applied to the order. I did get the refund. However, I really needed that gift basket. They should know if their suppliers have the items they advertised within a specific zip code.

The gift basket was delivered to me and not the recipient at the other end of my building. The correct information was on the order confirmation but still, the address on the box was my address, and not the correct one that I submitted.
I asked UPS to deliver it to the opposite end of the large building at their address but UPS made the mistake and left it at another door, where it got heavily rained on for three hours. Never would have happened if the correct address had been placed on the box.
Then… I had to deliver the soggy box to the recipient, but the owner was not there.
I just talked with the owner/recipient and apologized for the soaking wet box. He told me, “it was just a little box of sweets“. Sure enough, it looked a fraction the size of the picture online. Then I told him it was much bigger online and he said, “oh, you’re the one who sent it?“.
I said, we even included a nice message to him on behalf of us. It was nowhere to be found.
In a nutshell, I sent a gift basket that ended up being WAY smaller than the online image, it first went to the wrong address, then it got waterlogged by the rain, and finally, it did not even identify who the sender was!!!

The Gift Basket Store- I’d give zero stars if I could. My daughters husband lost his mother, so thought it would be nice to send a sympathy basket. Paid for 2 day shipping- four days and my daughter didn’t receive the gift. Called and they assured me it would be there in 2 (additional) days (and they refunded me 20%- not even the full cost of the 2 day shipping) No package after the 2 additional days..
Called back, and they said they wouldn’t be able to give me an exact date, but it would be delivered the following week.. I said, I went through them and paid for 2 day shipping because I wanted them to get it quick (I believe they refunded me the cost of the shipping at that time)
A week goes by, no package! I called them and said cancel it!!!!! After going through long wait times, and aggravation, they finally cancelled it, and said they’d refund me.
I got a message after and they said that seeing it was already shipped, they were still going to send it even though they refunded me.. I said, okay thank you! The package was NEVER delivered! Additionally, they said they were going to call my daughter and apologize for the delay… NO phone call!! I didn’t send anything else because I thought they were still going to send it, I let my daughter know that something was coming, and explained what I went through. They didn’t receive a thing! Waste of time! I suggest if you need something sent, and you’d like it to get there in a specific time frame, use a more reputable company!

Happy Bday Chocolate Strawberries…
I ordered Chocolate Strawberries Covered for a friend's bday. When the chocolate strawberries arrived, they were melted, mushy and some rotten. I called Gift basket to let them know the strawberries were inedible and they refused to give me a 100% refund per there refund policy. Instead they offered me 30% or to resend the gift. 30% was unacceptable, so I opted to have the gift resent hoping for a better quality batch. However, the second delivery were worst than the first. All the chocolate strawberries were melted, rotten, and inedible. Also, it wasn't the Happy Bday strawberries I originally ordered, but some sort of chocolate covered strawberry assortment. I called the company a second time, and they refused to offer a 100%, but a 30% refund and to send the strawberries again. Who wants to send their friend rotten strawberries a third time for their bday? This company does not abide by their refund policy and sends inedible rotten fruit. I will never order from them again.
