Bought a $2000 gift card and never received it. They had me pay through a third party and they won’t do anything. My credit card won’t reverse it because the third party said it was valid on their end (because they sent the money to the business). I only purchased because I bought a smaller gift card a couple years before and received it (but took approximately 6 weeks).

Absolute Theft. They take your money and do not fulfill orders.

The name linked to the LLC had his house foreclosed on recently. It was a multi million dollar home. Pretty sure he funded it by taking money on this site.

Don't buy here, it's a scam! I bought $1,000 in April and it never arrived. They've blocked my email and they're still selling. They reply when I write with another email! They're thieves! I've already reported them to the authorities!

I wish I could give them negative stars. I purchased from them in the past and had a great experience but they no longer seem to be a legitimate company. They now seem to just steal your money.

Do not do business with this company. At one time they were legit they are no longer. They have sold sixteen hundred dollars for me. I bought a gift card back in July. And I still have not received it as of november, and they have stopped communicating with me. This has become a scam site.Do not use it I repeat, do not use giftcarddeal.com

I ordered a 1000 Disney card a few years ago. Took 30 days, but I got it. Ordered one this past August, never got it, they won’t respond to emails. When I paid using their third party I used a credit card, so I’m in the process of a dispute. Think I’ll get my money back, but this is ridiculous.

I have purchased from them before so opted to buy a Disney gift card again. They contacted me back initially when I inquired about my gift card but now they are ignoring me. I have emailed 3 or 4 times since mid August. I purchased my gift card mid June for my trip in October (2 weeks away) and i have not received my gift card.

As with others commenting on here...I always used Giftcarddeal.com alot, had great service when one of the cards was blank, customer service was friendly & respectful! Then I noticed the notification emails were different around mid 2021. I contacted them & they said they were no longer selling Disney cards because they were hacked (along with more detailed explination). So I replied to the next email notification with details that the true customer service gave me & wouldnt you know it...I stopped getting them. Now I've started getting them again starting around Feb 2024 & I responded to them & I got a low detailed/unprofessional response "that was 2 years ago." I knew this was the scammers for a few reasons: customer service was never that short with me, they now offer $1000 & $2000 gift cards which was never done before because the true site never sold any cards that high because they were having trouble with getting enough to fulfill the $1000, & lastly....they never had more than 10 at a time & now they usually have more than 20 of each. Hahahahahaha!

I used to get gift cards from this site and although never delivered on time and without me hassling them I would get my cards in the end. In August of 2022 never got my cards on an order but after a lot of harassing got a refund. Looked like the site stopped selling disney cards as they got in over their head. Then in May I got an alert they had fisney cards for sale. Knowing I used to get my cards and the last time I did get a refund eventually I assumed they weren't selling unless they could deliver. It has been 2.5 months since my order and I have been given multiple dates I would finally get my order and I don't. Thankfully I used PayPal as my payment method and they were my saving grace. The only reason i got a refund this time. I am now making sure to let everyone know not to trust them and to save yourself the aggravation.

All the experience are similar to another as a trader I also got ripped on this site nonetheless I was recommended to try BuySellVouchers.com and it's been a wonderful experience so far

Absolute scam - never got my $3,600 worth of gift cards and still dealing with it 6 months later. Stay FAR AWAY

I placed a order on May 2022. I have not received the cards and I am still fighting for a refund. It is now 3/26/2023 and no contact with them. They ignore my weekly emails.

Horrible experience. Purhcased three Walmart gift cards at a 9% discount. After 24hrs I get a notification "Our automated assessment determined that your transaction poses an elevated risk. The payment authorization has been voided. You will not be charged for this order, and no products will be delivered".
What a joke. Horrible experience. I'll use Raise going forward.

Hey everyone, do not trust this site. We were fooled into paying them $840. We were never given a gift card nor a refund despite constant contact for three months. I believe they use bots on Facebook to up their credibility. They offer no phone support and refuse to acknowledge any problems. We are currently speaking with our financial lawyer who is in contact with the Florida attorney general. We will inform you how this plays out.

I had used them in the past with no problem. This time was completely different. No Disney Gift Card within promised delivery time with a 2 week additional time frame before I requested a refund. Now, its been a month and I'm consistently being told "4-5 business days" every 5 days. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. No more chances for them. Avoid them at all costs to save yourself the frustration!

They said they won't pay me back. Also Norton Shopper Guarantee removed them.

This is a scam site. If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Ordered 3x - $1,000 Disney gift cards. Waited over 30 days then contacted them with a Being Shipped Now response. Couple of weeks later I contacted them again and was told all 3 orders were being refunded. Should take 10 - 12 business days. They stated All Orders Are Being Refunded. I inquired why did they wait until the customer contacted them to initiate the refund? Waiting for a refund but pretty sure that I will need to dispute the charge with my credit card company soon.

Ordered a Disney card may 10, 2022. Still waiting. Same story every week. “You will get it next week”. Friday I went to customer service to ask where’s my order and they said they are refunding my money after almost 3 months waiting. Then told me it would be 10-14 days before I got a refund. These people are a SCAM. Would not waste my time!!!!!

Months ago, you could order a gift card, wait for 30 days and then start pestering them via chat and email to get it. You would eventually get it within a few days. Now, I purchased gift cards over 1.5 months ago and keep getting told to wait another week with a different excuse every time. If you've waited a month already and can't get your product, there is a serious problem. They are also selling more of the same gift cards at the same time they are telling me they don't have them.
